Is it possible to load static data from csv/excel into a template file when running a Nintex DocGen Package in Salesforce? Example load contacts from csv file into a word template.
I have Nintex 2013 at the moment. We can store our Distribution lists in a person/group column.I get a value like “c:0+.w|s-1-5-21-602162358-884357618-682003330-318213” when i query the column in Workflow. How do i get to the distribution lists email address from this value? Regards
My workflow is pretty simple:I have a starting form with a repeating section. My goal is to generate an Excel file with the data from the repeating section. When I run the workflow, the Excel file is generated with only one row, corresponding to the data from the first row of the repeating section. How should I proceed to get the other rows? Am I missing a loop? See attach, my template and the generated file.
We’ve noticed on multiple servers (different customers) that K2 Five Exchange oAuth integration stopped working Nov 25, 2025. Note no changes to email configuration has been done. My suspicion is that MS is rolling out Exchange Server Online changes that affect K2’s oAuth integration (however, thats speculation at this point).Anyone else running into this and any recommendations? Feature Deep Dive: Table forms in Nintex Workflow Video: 1-minute intro to Nintex Workflow table forms. Background:In June 2024 Nintex released Data (aka Tables) into general availability in Nintex Workflow following a 6-month Beta period. Nintex Data for the first time allowed workflow designers to consider storing business data inside the NW platform rather than relying on an external data store…common examples of those being SharePoint or databases. Alongside Data, workflow actions were added to allow management of rows of data. It is fair to say that to date, table data has sat squarely in the domain of the workflow designer, unless visualised elsewhere in e.g. Nintex Apps. What’s Changed? In July 2025 Releases 1 & 2, Nintex has added significant new functionality on top of Nintex Data tables that greatly enhances their scope of use and addresses some common asks in Nintex Workflow CE.That functionality has been further added to in October 2025 release 1, most notably with anony
I may be wrong about this, but I was hoping for confirmation on a possible change in the way hidden controls work. I know that if a control is directly hidden, it will not pass a value into the flow, but that doesn’t seem to have been the case if the control is visible but in a hidden group. For the past year, I’ve operated with the understanding that a control itself has to be set to visible to pass a value to the flow. Today, however, I noticed that a visible control in a hidden group no longer passes the value. It was a couple years ago when I was learning Nintex that I found out about how the visible controls in a hidden field work, and so I may have not fully understood it. So, I wanted to see if something has changed in the way a control’s value is handled from inside a hidden group.
RE: PowerShell script report.ps1 supplied by this community to FIND all Nintex Forms in the tenantthere is an input question as: Write-Host "Enter the Site URL (https://[tenant].sharepoint.com/sites/[yoursites]) : "the example url includes [yoursites], which implies this will NOT search the entire tenant and aswe have few hundred sites in our tenant this will not work for us.Can we enter: https://[tenant].sharepoint.com OR https://[tenant].sharepoint.com/sites ???OR is there another way to modify the script to search all of our tenant?Thank you much

I have a component workflow for which I want to move - dynamically names files from one folder to another IF a certain condition is met. BUT I will not necessarily know the file ID but will know a part of the file name and the dynamic file folder. So I tried query list to pull the Library in using variable and I KNOW the folder and subfolders exists along with the file as an earlier branch has created them and I can actually see them in SharePoint. BUT the workflow keeps saying the folder does not exist.Wondered if the query list was returning nothing and that’s the cause of the failure.Oh and Retrieve item returns something but I cannot use it as a collection for a Loop for each action.
Reference the attached image, can someone please tell me how to fix the text component menu?It is always getting cut in half for me.We just upgraded to the new designer and things like this is what has held me back from upgrading sooner.
In posts from 2022 Nintex said they were looking at introducing reporting features for Checklists - we’re looking at tracking the progress of all our clients using this but want to be able to see things like average time to go through the process, each person’s number of checklists, etc.Is there an ETA on any updates to the Checklists function that might introduce reporting features?
Hi,Currently I'm working on a workflow and part of it is to create an item in a SharePoint 2019 list, which contains a Hyperlink column. However, I would like to add a short description text to show i.s.o. the URL. So I set the column to [Link URL], [Descrption]. With a hardcoded description text all seems fine, but as soon as I replace it with a column or variable value, the space is replaced with a non-breakable space code: [URL].%C2%A0[Title]. If I type a text in front of the description column/variable (e.g. [URL]. About [Title]), it works fine. Putting the column/variable inside a inline function does not help either. Nor 2 spaces between separtor and column/var. See attachment a screenshot. The Nintex 2019 Workflows version I currently use is: “5.2.7.0 - International”Is this a bug?Kind regards,Jean-Pierre

I am trying to deploy a package created on my DEV server to the Production environment. The solution is related to a SharePoint Online site, and I am working with K2 on-prem 5.8 FP17 + SharePoint Online. When deploying to Production, I encounter the exact issue described here: In my case, this does not appear to be a permission issue. For the deployment, I am logged directly into the Production server and using a SharePoint admin account that also has K2 server administrator rights, so permissions should not be the problem.Do you have any suggestions on how I can resolve this issue?Thank you

Hi, Not sure how to find the root cause of this problem. I was trying to execute a smartobject which connects to the SAP. Hi,Trying to setup a Classic Nintex form that have Yes/No control that I want to set automatically based on the result of my calculated value of true or false. It mean when the result of my calculated value is “True” it will put check mark on the Yes/No box. Is this possible? I see some java script available that can do it but for some reason it is not working. Here is my code:NWF.FormFiller.Events.RegisterAfterReady(function () {var calculatedValueControl = NWF$('#' + MyCVID);calculatedValueControl.on('change', function () {var calculatedResult = NWF.RuntimeFunctions.Get CalculatedValue(MyCVID);var yesNoControl = NWF$('#' + MyYesNoID);if (calculatedResult === true || calculatedResult === 'Yes') {yesNoControl.prop('checked', true);} else {yesNoControl.prop('checked', false);}}); Greatly appreciated any help.Thank you.
I created a workflow using the Nintex Form as a start event. The workflow tested fine at the first attempt; however, subsequent attempts have produced a [WorkflowExecution.Semantic.Error] Semantic error(s) found. See attached screenshot.I have used a ‘People’ control and ‘ConvertToString’ form variable to extract the email address from the collection. This is the variable I have included in the ‘Assign a task to multiple users’ communication action. Can you assist in identifying the issue? Not sure if this instance ID will help?Instance ID:0e3ac5fe-96a0-4061-a390-dd73a09b55fc_0_4
I have been trying to embed a Nintex 2016 Form in an iframe on a non-SharePoint web-page and receiving the following error in console.Uncaught SecurityError: Failed to read a named property 'SP' from 'Window': Blocked a frame with origin "https://myexamplesite.net.au" from accessing a cross-origin frame. at $_global_init (init.js?rev=RHfoRxFuwXZ%2BOo2JABCoHA%3D%3DTAG0:1:42957) at init.js?rev=RHfoRxFuwXZ%2BOo2JABCoHA%3D%3DTAG0:1:280872Has anyone seen this or has used a fix for this security block? An online search of this issue indicates SharePoint pages (especially classic pages, forms, and the Nintex Workflow/Forms) often use JavaScript that calls window.parent.SP, so the browser’s same-origin policy prevents it from accessing JavaScript objects in another domain, protocol, or port.Adding Content-Security-Policy-Report-Only to web.config has not fixed the issue. This seems to be a new JavaScript call in Sharepoint 2016 as this worked in Sharepoint 2013.
