Can you create an OOF that excludes certain workflow processes? I have sensitive financial information on a certain workflows where OOF should not be applicable.

I note there is an exception feature, but that requires to nominate another person to delegate the task to - and won’t allow the original FQN.

Any suggestions? And oh, the OOF needs to be created automatically (via a workflow) using smartobjects (or any other means).

I don’t believe there is a way to do it the way you are asking as of today. I’m checking around to see.

Hello Bennier,

Yes, this is possible. The only limitation at the moment is that it cannot be configured directly at the process level. It needs to be set using Process + Activity. Because of this, you may need to create multiple exceptions depending on the activities involved.

Please refer to the following documentation for configuring Out of Office exceptions:

https://help.nintex.com/en-US/k2cloud/userguide/update_18/Content/K2-Management-Site/User_Management/OutofOffice.htm

If you need any assistance while setting this up, please let me know.

Thanks and regards,
Arvind Kumar
