I just started getting this error when I attempt to import a license

I just received the exact same error when importing a license file to SPSE, did you get this resolved? 

I did but I really don’t remember exactly what I did.  Try asking ChatGPT or Perplexity.

I just typed the message into ChatGPT and mentioned that this happened trying to import a license.  It gave me a PowerShell script to run.  (I don’t feel comfortable putting the script here but you should be able to get it from ChatGPT.)

Whenever we click on Database Management link in nintex admin, it shows an error page with an error saying “An object of the type Nintex.Administration.Common.ULS named "" already exists under the parent Microsoft.SharePoint.Administration.SPFarm named "Spse_Config".  Rename your object or delete the existing object.”
