We have been successfully retrieving a list of templates using the DocumentNOW endpoint below for quite some time:
https://www.assuresign.net/api/documentnow/v3.7/templates
However, starting this morning the request is returning the following error:
Forbidden exception: “The current user is not authorized to perform the requested action.”
Nothing has changed on our end with respect to authentication, permissions, or the integration configuration.
Have there been any recent API updates, permission changes, or other changes to the DocumentNOW API that could cause this behavior?
Any guidance you can provide would be appreciated.
