Here’s what I’m trying to do: I have a workflow that adds data to a list in SharePoint Online. I also have a Scheduled Start workflow that is going to run weekly and pull (query) data from the SharePoint list based on certain criteria.Later in the Scheduled Start workflow is an assigned task. What I’d like to do is have that task form display some of the data (i.e., from selected columns in the list), allow the assignee to make changes to it, and then write those changes back to the list.I know there is kind of a way to do something like this using XML and stuff, but it requires that a SharePoint Online start event be used. Hi there, Is there the capability to make adjustments to the investigation form fields and the action form fields, the same as we can change the reporting form fields. Particularly within the investigation this would be useful, we require a lot more information and are currently using a template but as you can’t make the upload of the finished template mandatory this requires manual checking. Thank you

Is there any possible way to mass migrate Nintex Apps for Salesforce (SKUID) pages from V1 to V2? I don’t see any other way to do this than manually page by page, which can become quite cumbersome when you have over a thousand pages to convert. I’m starting to investigate the feasibility of migrating all our pages from V1 to V2 now, but the road block of having to go through the migration process manually page by page for 1000+ pages is already a tough hurdle, and then once that is complete I’ll need to rename all the pages to replace their V1 versions then review and debug all the pages manually again. I really just need to just do a full conversion replacing all the existing V1 pages and then test the new V2 pages because nearly all of our pages use page includes that reference other pages and this breaks when a V2 page tries to reference a V1 page. If anyone has any ideas for a way to do this in bulk it would be very helpful. Good day everyone,How can I display fields on my SharePoint list: I am using SharePoint 2019 and Nintex 2019, I have these checkboxes on my Nintex form I have placed each checkbox under a panel named categories, what I want to achieve is that, when a user selects the categories then the categories should show or be displayed on a SharePoint column named Supplier categories. Unfortunately, I could not display more than 255 characters in a supplier categories field because it is a single line of text, so I have changed the SharePoint field named supplier categories to be a multiline of text. but I don't know how I can make sure that all the categories that the user selects show up on the supplier categories field, please help.

I am struggling to set up my instance of Nintex Process Manager to only allow roles as the owner / expert, and not an individual user (trying to future proof to make it easier to manage when someone is promoted / resigns etc.).  Is there a setting where one can set it to only allow roles and no individual users (names) as experts / owners?

I’ve added some custom fields to a document library and would like to automate the check-in process when a button is clicked. From what I understand, the check-in action only works if the document has been checked out beforehand. I need to access the form, update fields, then click a button save, submit and check in the document. Is this possible?

We were hoping to make a Global Function that could take a variable with delimited headers and do the following: For each header, create a new variable that is named using this syntax: Header + “-ColNum” Value for the variable would be equal to the column’s number, relative to the other other headers in the delimited variable.  As an example, a delimited variable like this: “Account Number, Balance, Address”Would result in the following variables:Account Number-ColNum 1 Balance-ColNum 2 Address-ColNum 3 In future steps of the wizard, this would allow us to use the new variables in place of hardcoding the column values. I need a column that shows the current date, so it updates every day, How can I do this? I have a wf that loops every day and updates the current date column daily but wondering if there is a better way as I need to keep the row where I run it from.

I set up a workflow which has a trigger condition to check if the date in a column is = to the current date. If it is then the WF is triggered. However it not being triggered. I was thinking about starting the WF when a new item is created and using the pause until action but I not sure how many rows will be in my list and have WFs running. If I had 100 rows all with WFs running will this be an issue. I have a another WF which updates the current date column to the current date every day. I was thinking this would be the trigger for the WF above as the column has been modified?  Please advise.Thanks   

I’m calling a webservice to read from the termstore. This actions requires credentials in the action itself. Is it possible to place this action in a group, leave the credentials empty and execute as the workflow owner (farm admin)? Or is it possible to work with some kind of labels to prevent the use of static credentials in the action?

We have a few on premises SQL Servers that are currently used by Nintex Workflow.  They are due for a upgrades and/or migration to new servers (Windows OS upgrades, possibly SQL Server version upgrades).  What would be the impact on the Nintex connections? When I look at the connection definition, it appears that I can edit the connection and set a new database host name, if that name changes at all.  Could it be that simple?  Or is there anything else to re-configure?
