Hi,We are running an unattended Nintex/Kryon RPA robot on a Windows VM.The robot successfully logs in and start te task, but when running without an active RDP connection, UI steps fail and screenshots are completely black. When an RDP session is connected, the same steps work correctly, which suggests the desktop is not being rendered when no display/session is present. What could be causing the desktop not to render in unattended mode?
In DocGen, I created a email to go to a list of people. One of the email addresses has a & symbol: emea.o&C.commercial@marriott.com. When the email sends from the system, it changes the email to emea.o&c.commercial@marriott.com and the email comes back undeliverable. How can I fix this? Or is ‘&’ not usable?
In a DocGen, how do you create a hyperlink from document to the property record you are sending the email from. I am looking for a tag or something?
Is there a way to set a field tag to all lowercase letters? I know there’s a way with cross referencing, but I’m only seeing lowercase → uppercase and not vice versa. Example: { SET “Link” “<<Opportunity_Name>>” } { REF Link * Upper }I tried changing Upper to Lower with no success. Is there way to set a field tag from uppercase to lowercase? Thank you!
Hi,I have setup a component workflow and I am unable to locate the “item URL” to apply as a link when its time to send out a notification. Is there something specific that needs to be done to get this? This is what I have below...Thanks in advance!
Does Antivirus and endpoint protection software must be exclude in K2 installation directories, binaries, and working folder for 5.9 upgrade?
After a restart on the server in which the system is installed, the robot with which the processes are run is in down status, and manual entry is needed to idle it.Until it takes on missed processes. Is there an option that the robot will be connect automatically and will not wait for someone to do it?
Hi!I have a sharepoint list (on prem) and need to create a workflow if a list item shows a modified date less than 2019… If an item is detected and the modified date is less than 2019, I need to notify someone by email to review. Once reviewed the modified date updates, I will then apply 3 years to that modified date for the next notification to go out to review once again and will need this workflow to loop so user is notified every 3 years. The list has versioning turned on, I applied a workflow to test but it seems that its sending a notification for every version that “is less than 2019”. Am I doing something wrong? Thanks
If I miss an update do I have to install all the CUs or just the most recent one?
Hi,Has anyone experienced issues where a form won’t load. It’s stuck with the Nintext Green Spinner of doom and won’t go beyond that.Restarted the k2 service and iis and still the same issue. Any ideas folks?
For a while now we have been battling a problem with PDF rendering issues, the PDFs show empty boxes, irregular text formatting and also display of hidden controls and fields on the PDFs.We use the SaveAsPDF control on forms, then attach and send the PDF via emails. When the user opens the PDF. they see that the PDF rendering is misaligned and show empty boxes like this:These below should be hidden: We have a workaround which is to do a k2 service restart and iis reset, this fixes the issue for around 1-3 hours and PDFs are fine, but then the PDFs go back to be as above. We have a ticket in with Nintex for this, but just wondering if anyone else has come across this? I’ve searched the forum and checked pdf converter permissions, security etc etc. Added a pdfconverter.warmup delay in the k2hostserver.exe.config and also Installed service/fix packs. Any suggestions from the community would be appreciated.Kind Regards,

Hi All,I am using K2 Five 5.8 and have implemented the SmartActions feature. Is it possible to capture additional comment from the approver when completing a task via email? For example, approver respond the email:ApprovePlease proceed. The expectation is I can get “Please proceed” as the approver comment. This is similar feature with Nintex Lazy Approval feature. Thanks,Rizki

We are looking at moving over to explicit process reviews so they are done at the same time every year. BUT, is there a way to disable the override default so that process editors cannot change this?
I have an API (NWCToolkit Xtension, base64encodefile) that returns two JSON elements: “error” and “result”: "Result": { "description": "Model for Result", "required": [ "error" ], "properties": { "error": { "type": "string", "x-example": "" }, "result": { "type": "string", "x-example": "SGV5IHdoYXRzIGdvaW5nIG9u" } } }, Since the workflow designer GUI doesn’t seem to have any way to differentiate “error” and “result”, I’m using the Query JSON action to parse the results. Query JSON uses a JSONPath expression, and returns a Collection.Q: What JSONPath expression do I need to return a Collection with two elements: “error” and “results”?
I am currently working on a Business Process Automation solution using a SharePoint list, Nintex Forms, and Nintex Automation Cloud workflows. The process involves task approvals where approvers have three response options: Approve, Reject, and Request Clarification.I want to implement a Commentary feature using a multi-line text column in the SharePoint list to track interactions. Specifically, I need:Approvers to log their comments in the Commentary field along with a timestamp when responding to a task. If Request Clarification is selected, the Submitter (Responder) should be able to respond to the approver's comments in the same Commentary field, also with a timestamp. This feature should support multiple rounds of back-and-forth communication, logging all comments (approvers and responders) sequentially with timestamps in the Commentary column.I have already configured the approval and responder actions using the Branch by Stage feature. However, I need assistance with:Setting up
A Salesforce security update removes the ability to send a Session ID in Outbound Messages, with enforcement scheduled for February 2026.Reference: https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=005232763&type=1We currently use Nintex DocGen for Salesforce via Outbound Messages, which rely on the "Send Session ID" option for authentication. Will DocGen automations using the Outbound Message method break completely when Salesforce removes this Session ID functionality? Is there a specific Nintex DocGen for Salesforce package version that officially addresses this Session ID deprecation? Any alternatives?
Is it possible to run DocGen package to generate document in Salesforce as a guest user (i.e. unauthenticated user), from either Apex or Flow?

HiWe have a process that is being archived and replaced with a new more fulsome process ie we are not simply updating an existing process.I am trying to determine where the soon to be archived process may be linked to others, and cannot find a “process link” type report where I can pull this data.I would like to get ahead of the archive process and update any related processes (linking to the replacement process before we proceed to archive the ‘old’ one), is there a way to do this that I haven’t yet stumbled upon?It feels like a simple type of report showing the relationship between published processes so perhaps I’m missing something obvious - any help would be most appreciated!
