We’ve been working on a new, easier, SSO upgrade process for the Nintex Platform to make the process of upgrading to our new and improved SSO.
The new upgrade allows you to:

Configure an additional connection to your Identity Provider while your existing connection remains in place

Test the new connection on a single tenant without impacting the existing login experience.

Once tested, rollout the new connection to your entire organisation.

As part of our plan to have all customers upgraded by July 31st 2026, we are seeking customers who’d like to participate in a beta of the new SSO upgrade process. Your participation and feedback will help shape the final experience, and you’ll have completed your SSO Upgrade ahead of the deadline.
