Nintex for SharePoint

Hi all,I have the requirement to allow user to enter new values not found in the list loop up field after the user browse the existing list and finds that there isn't any value to meet his requirements. Is there any work arounds?

I’ve created site workflow which is running on top level site and going through all Announcements list on sub-sites level to retrieve value/content from Body column (which is Multiple lines of column type with Enhanced rich text option) and sending Body column value in send email workflow action. Issue: Somehow Site workflow send email activity is changing absolute URL to a relative URL for Announcements body text, so when I received email with hyperlink it has relative URL which is broken URL without SharePoint site name.e.g. Email has /sites/subsitename/listname/documentname URL instead of http://webappURL/sites/subsitename/listname/documentname. Interesting thing is, if I create and run workflow on list level and use send email activity to retrieve value/content from Announcements Body column – everything works fine, I’m getting absolute URL from list workflow but site workflow is not appending web application URL to all the links inside value. I saw someone also has similar issue l

HiWhere do I find documentation for Nintex Workflow web service?The webservice can be found under http://myservername/MyNintexSite/_vti_bin/nintexworkflow/workflow.asmx, but the methods require parameters and I cannot find description, what those parameters are.

Hi everyone, I'm very new to Nintex and first time posting here. I have created a few Nintex forms for data capturing purpose, and I need to add a button or a shape (to make it look like a button) with a link URL somewhere on the form. The link will take the users to the dashboard. I managed to create a link using the 'label' but the client wasn't happy as currently my link is just in text. They want it to look like a button and have the link embedded in it. How can I do this? Is there a way to embed a link to the button? Thank you

We are on SharePoint 2013 OnPrem. We have a user asking if it's possible for a Nintex Form to have a repeating section, which each repeating section would insert into a new list row. For example, if they fill out a Nintex form and have 3 repeating sections, 3 new rows get created in this list. Is this possible?

Hi All!I have a form which should look like a survey where I have several questions with YES and NO answers. And depending of the previous answer it should show the next question.I have been using show and hide panels: != "Yes" or != "No".  I want this to happen:Question 1: if YES go to 2A, if NO stopQuestion 2A: if YES go to 3A, if NO to 2BQuestion 2B: if YES go to 3A, if NO stopQuestion 3A: if YES stop, if NO go to 3BQuestion 3B: if YES stop, if NO go to define The problem arises when you get to question 3A, you can get here in 2 ways:- first: option: YES, YES- second option: YES, NO, YES Via the first option the form works as it should. But via the 2nd option it doesnt show any panels. Hopefully someone can help me, thanks in advance!M.

Create a library go to library setting -> advanced -> enable content types. Click on the Document content type -> click on Document information panel Make sure the check box is check to show the panel. Upload a O365 document to the library. Click on the elipsys -> Open in word The document will open and the DIP will open, and the properties will load. Add a Nintex form to the document library Take the steps again to open the document from the library Now the DIP opens, but the properties of the document never load

All my O365 workflow doesn't work suddenly when the list items created, when i click "Workflow Health" it show "Site workflow status: Workflows are suspended" and "Workflow queue length: 33783", and when i try to start the workflow by manually, it show "Something went wrong. To try again, reload the page and then start the workflow." please help ~~~  

Does anyone have any examples or resources on how to best write a Scope of Work when hiring a consultant to develop SharePoint 2016/Nintex workflows?

I have a Nintex approval workflow in SP 2016. I am using a Flexi task within an approval workflow, It has 3 outcomes, 1. Approve2. Reject3. Rework I am storing them in an outcome variable called txtOutcome. It is "All must respond."  However, when I try to reject or rework, the txtoutcome variable shows a blank or a null value. Not sure why. I do select Reject and rework. There are times it shows value. Acts randomly. Any idea.  Thanks Mayank

I have a nintex form with 3 fields (Date, Classroom, Name) that save to an exam list. (Classroom and Name are select fields with values coming from another list). Using this form, a teacher can register one of his student to an exam for a chosen date. But another teacher should not be able to register the same student for the same date, but only for another date. How can I proceed to check and alert a teacher that his student is already registered by another teacher for the selected date?

I have an approval Nintex workflow in SP 2016. Workflow goes thru 4 steps. I want a functionality that allows the user to repeat the previous step. For instance, at step 3, the user can click on a button that will have the workflow repeat step #2.    How can this be accomplished. Currently, I am NOT using State Machine and putting State Machine logic will require me to re-design the workflow. Is there a way to avoid using State Machines.   Mayank

Hi. I have a list with 50+ content types, all inheriting from a single parent.  All content types have a custom Nintex form.  The issue I am running into is, if I need to add a column to the parent content type, the update process also pushes the form for that content type to all of the children.  Is there a way to prevent this?   Thank you in advance.

I am trying to get the workflow to release an email once the form has been edited and this yes/no box is checked, is this possible?   

I would like a panel to become visible with a multi-line text box to justify why the date required selected is less than 5 days from the current date. I would also like it to be impossible for the user to select a date in the past.  I have attached what I have tried, which unfortunately did not work for me.

I have a pdf in share point that I would like to replace with an updated version. The link for the original pdf has already been shared, is there a way to update this file while retaining the same link/sharing privileges as the original?

I got a sharepoint document library, which user will drag PDF, docs, Xlsx etc to the library.I try implementing Nintex Form, but found that the attachment cannot be selected from "List Column".Can anyone tell how to handle the case? Thanks. 

I just closed a tab that was moving a large sharepoint folder accidentally, will the folder keep being moved? Both folders are in separate places with different files each currently.

Hi Situation:We have migrated from SP2010 to SP Online. Workflows have been copied with data with the tool ShareGate. After that, we reviewed the WF, edit them, tested them ... After validation, we moved the data from the old SP to the new one. On one site, into a list, we are no more able to launch a WF - a popup with the error "Something went wrong. To try again, reload the page and then start the workflow. " appaers. I already tried to :exporting/importing the WF -> same error create a new simple WF in the same list -> same error create a new list based on the template of the original one -> same error create a new list and a simple WF -> same errorIf I do the same on another site, the WF works Any ideas or suggestion :) ? PS: I've to specify that we are currently on SharePoint Online, i'm not a global admin and I'm a beginner in Nintex :)

I would like the part of my form under 'MCC Response' to be greyed out until submitted with the idea that the responder can reopen the form in in edit mode in the SharePoint list and add their response once the form has been submitted. It would be even better if these fields could be hidden until the form is submitted but I am unsure if this is possible.  I have tried to make a flexi task on the workflow but it became too complicated for me and I did not understand where the responses would be saved hence why I am doing it like this.
