Do you have any planning for the release of nintex for Sharepoint 2019 subscription. We need to migrate our sharepoint 2013 and it is planned to upgrade to this version very soon.

Are you talking about the SharePoint Subscription Edition (SPSE) and not the SharePoint 2019 version which is already available ?
If yes, the Nintex for SharePoint Subscription Edition is schedule towards the end of this calendar year, 2022. Also check the post Solved: SharePoint Subscription Edition Support - Nintex Community
