Does anyone have any examples or resources on how to best write a Scope of Work when hiring a consultant to develop SharePoint 2016/Nintex workflows?

    @NotSure first you understand what's your process and then develop it in Visio and discuss with your developer and once you finalize the process give your consultant to develop.
