We use Nintex forms on prem and have recently upgraded to 5.2.6.0. Since then, forms that had the choice field to be rendered as buttons no longer appear as buttons, they just show the text that’s clickable.I’ve tried adding some CSS (Css on \render as button\" not working?" | Community (nintex.com)) but this still doesn’t show as buttons.
Hello Community, This is more of a general question around list item to pdf. I'm working on a project in SharePoint, where I have created a list item e.g. Now I want to be able to generate an invoice or order estimate in a PDF and sent to the client upon approval of the request. My Question is is this possible in SharePoint without the use of thirdParty addons? Any kind of suggestion, or feedback will be very much appreciated. Thank you
Hi Folks, I know this has been asked at least once before here but it was back in 2017 and I was wondering if there is a way to automate the print to PDF function in a form. Thanks and Regards,Patrick

Is there a way to get the members of a sharepoint group using workflow in on-prem. I want to get the individual names of all the members present in a group.
I had referred to Post: I checked by Workflow Schedule table as well there no duplicate entry. I have only one Nintex Workflow Scheduler Job running in the farm. My Farm is: 1app, 2WFE, 1DB.Still the issue persist that even after scheduling the workflow for 1 day it is running every 5 mins. Can anyone please help?
New to Nintex, wondering if there is a way to create a Thank You screen after a user fills and submits a SharePoint list item through Nintex Form. I’m creating a data request tracking tool within SharePoint, and it would be a nice detail to have a Thank You! with additional steps page after a user submits a data request to the site (instead of immediately taking them back to the list site).
I have a Nintex responsive form on prem in SharePoint 2019 with a basic hide rule on a panel. If field A !=”XYZ”, hide the panel. I can’t get it to work properly, I’ve tried double quotes around the value i.e. FieldA !=”XYZ” ; I’ve tried single quotes, I’ve tried no quotes. I could use some assistance, please.

Hello! I have a form with a Choice column and 4 text boxes with show/hide rules based on the Choice. I am trying to figure out how to send the text of ‘shown textbox’ to a Word document template. Not sure if it’s possible since it’s not a column. Is there a workaround? Thank you!SharePoint 2019
Hi Team, We have Nintex workflows deployed in SharePoint 2013 On premise application. Kindly assist with the below queries regarding the workflows There is a “Start Workflow” action in Workflow A which triggers Workflow B. Once Workflow B got completed, instead of proceeding to the next step in Workflow A, a second instance of Workflow B is triggered and is getting errored with the message “Failed to start Workflow B as another instance is running on the item”. So, how can we prevent the second instance of workflow B from getting triggered Also, we have observed slowness in the execution of workflow actions. Nintex Workflow History list has more than 100,000 items. Will deleting some items from the workflow improve the workflow execution speed. Also, will there be any impact in deleting the items from Nintex Workflow History list.
I created a Nintex workflow in our SharePoint 2016 environment. It is a website workflow that runs every evening and searches a list for new items that were created on that day. The workflow then sends an email to a specific SharePoint group to inform the group members about the new list items. However the group members do not receive the email even though the workflow notification action was successful. I talked to our exchange admin and he confirmed that the mails did not leave SharePoint; so I assume that the workflow is not working correctly.A weird behavior is: when I tested the workflow there were only two test users in the group. While testing the emails reached the test users mailbox. Then I added the real users (about 30 users) and the workflow stopped sending the email (even if the workflow was successful). I checked every user account in our AD but they seem to be fine (no missing email-addresses etc.).Does anybody have an explanation?
I have a list that has a very complex form. It has been in use for a few years now. I created a power automate to create a new list item using a manual “Automate” drop down trigger. It creates the new list item and when viewing the data in the grid all information included in the request has been populated. When you open the form and click edit the entire lower half of the form is missing. I have reset my form and then imported it again, and then ran the flow again, same issue. If I select New item - the form is fine. Recreating the form from scratch is not an option as it has many rules and took days to build. This is the original item (correct) form view: This is the duplicated list items form view:
Hi fellow Nintex users, Experts,May I ask if Nintex workflow is able to detect newly uploaded document to a particular folder? My users will need to carrry out some other actions after at least one document is uploaded. Thanks in advance for your kind assistance.
The Nintex Site Workflow ASPX page doesn’t appear to provide any way to purge “previous versions” of site workflows. For list workflows, one can use the List Settings/Workflow Settings do manage the previous versions. Can you provide similar instruction/guidance for Site Workflows?TIA
Is the new responsive form designer available in” Nintex for SharePoint” for on premises SharePoint 2019?
HI, I have a request to create a site workflow for selected items (based on a condition) in a list and to update item permissions. I have 60K items in a list but the condition will filter them to about 2600. I would like to run the workflow in batches to update the item permissions. I have used Start ID and End ID before but this would mean running it on all the items. Can someone please advise on update items in batches of 100 or something like it? Thanks in advance. Kam
I want to export a list of all site/scheduled Nintex workflows in my SharePoint 2013 web application. I have a PowerShell script which returns only those workflows which are associated with a list or library.
Using SharePoint 2016 on premises, Need the correct syntax for URL that will start a site workflow and pass a string value to a workflow variable. I have searched this Community in several ways and not found the solution.I have a List Item Workflow that creates a To-Do Task for someone to complete. It sends that individual an email notification. The end result is to have the individual simply click a link in the email notification that will start a site workflow to mark the task as Completed.I can add a link to the task itself (using the Common:ApprovalURL), but the task form does not open correctly on the individuals iPhone (I have tried creating a Classic Nintex form for mobile/iPhone, a Responsive form, etc. The Out-of-the-Box generic form is the one that displays and it doesn't fit the small screen. If you select to display as it would on a regular computer browser, it's difficult to see and does not center on the screen. The site has elected not to use the Nintex phone apps and so
We have one App server and one front end server. Nintex is counting App server as front end as well. All the sites are hosted on the App server. Can we use single license for our environment ?

Hi all, I’m creating a List and Form, say List A and Form A. In Nintex list settings, I’ve created a column of type ‘Lookup’ whose drop-down values are from another list, say, List B. Is it possible to filter through these drop-down values such that each value is associated with a name in List B? That is, when a user enters his name in Form A, only values associated to his name are listed in the Form A Lookup drop-down values. Thanks for any help!Regards.
In SharePoint 2019 when I 1. try to adjust a task form that goes with a Flexi Task with Infopath it gives the error that 2. Internet Explorer is required.IE is EOL so I don’t really know how to solve this...
My Nintex Workflow creates Nintex Workflow Tasks with Nintex Forms in a SharePoint 2016 subsite. Everything works as expected, except the task notification that is send to the user. I edited the task notification in the request approval action but SharePoint still sends the default task notification.I even edited the notification templates on the website settings but SharePoint still sends the default e-mail.Is there something that I am doing wrong?
