Purge Previous Versions of Nintex Site Workflows?

The Nintex Site Workflow ASPX page doesn’t appear to provide any way to purge “previous versions” of site workflows.

For list workflows, one can use the List Settings/Workflow Settings do manage the previous versions.

Can you provide similar instruction/guidance for Site Workflows?

TIA

Hi @gman,

Must be a permissions issue on your side as the site settings can have the same options.

Hi @gman,

This is SharePoint functionality rather than Nintex functionality.
Removing a site workflow is similar to removing a list workflow.
Instead of going to List settings/workflow settings, you go to Site settings/workflow settings.

Simon,

Thanks for checking in, but I don’t want to remove a site workflow. I want to purge the previous versions of a site workflow. That appears to be neither a SP or Nintex function, am I correct?

Hi @gman,

Whatever you can do in  List settings/workflow settings, you can do in site settings/workflow settings.

Simon, the Site Settings Workflows for this site has only a few options; edit, preview, statistics, and delete. No way to remove individual versions of a workflow.

The Library settings / Workflow Settings has the option to remove individual versions of a workflow.

Simon, I’m a Site Collection Admin. What more permissions are needed?

Simon, my bad. I was looking under the Nintex Workflow section of Site Settings, and its under Site Administration. Duhh.

Thanks
