I checked by Workflow Schedule table as well there no duplicate entry. I have only one Nintex Workflow Scheduler Job running in the farm. My Farm is: 1app, 2WFE, 1DB.
Still the issue persist that even after scheduling the workflow for 1 day it is running every 5 mins.
Can anyone please help?

Did you delete the entry for your scheduled workflow and recreate it according to the knowledge base article?
