Is the new responsive form designer available in” Nintex for SharePoint” for on premises SharePoint 2019?

New Responsive forms are currently not on the roadmap for Nintex for SharePoint.
If the form designed in SharePoint O365 can it be export and imported to SharePoint 2019 if it is in New responsive form designer? or it should be in Classic Designer?

Forms created with Nintex for Office 365 cannot be exported to Nintex for SharePoint and vice versa.
