Render as buttons no longer showing as buttons

We use Nintex forms on prem and have recently upgraded to 5.2.6.0.  Since then, forms that had the choice field to be rendered as buttons no longer appear as buttons, they just show the text that’s clickable.

I’ve tried adding some CSS (Css on \render as button\" not working?" | Community (nintex.com)) but this still doesn’t show as buttons.

This sounds like a bug.

You should contact Nintex support for further investigation of this issue.
