Nintex responsive form on SharePoint 2019 I’ve got a sum field that totals 10-14 fields depending on how many are chosen. Even using named controls the sum field is not working in real time. WhenFIELD_A==”Yes” && FIELD_B==”No”ThenSet Valuesum([_1a Score A,_1b Score A,_1c Score A,_2a Score A,_2b Score A,_2c Score A,_3a Score A,_3b Score A,_3c Score A,_4a Score A,_4b Score A]) By default FIELD_A and FIELD_B are set to Yes and No. What am I missing here?

Hello Nintex Family,I have a issue currently where I’ve updated a single line SP text field to a choice drop down field. I’ve removed the field from Nintex form and readded and confirmed everything is working perfect on newly created items and the drop down field. The issue is when a user goes to open a existing item and chooses to edit, the field turns totally blank instead of showing the actual previous field that was entered in the Single text field. The previous entries that went into the single text field before are not options that are available in the new choice field that it’s been converted to. Even though it’s showing blank, I can click save and it does still keep the previous value but of course this is causing users to be totally confused when they edit a item and see blank box. What is needed to make sure previous values still show in this converted choice drop down field even though that value does not match any of the choices? The actual SharePoint field is set to
Hello all, I am currently running Sharepoint 2016 with Nintex Forms 2016 (4.6.2.0) In one of my sharepoint lists I have a lot of lookup and managed metadata columns. For reasons irrelevant to the question here, I need to change as many of the former to single text or choice columns as possible. For single text columns I can achieve this, by using a list lookup control in forms which get data from different source lists and assign selected choice as text to the single text column. This works as intended for single choice lookup columns, since I in Sharepoint View I can still filter the column by those choices. However, if I have multi-select lookup column, the result is a comma-separated value. Let’s say, from a list with choices “A”, “B” and “C” - I would select “A” and “C”. The single text column then contains a text value: “A; C”. Filtering this column in a sharepoint view gives me then not the choices “A” and “C” as it would be in a proper lookup column, but a choice “A; C” which of
Hi, I have two SharePoint lists residing on different sites. I need to copy items from a particular column from Site A list to Site B list based on unique identifier (same on both lists). I tried to query A list with CALM editor but getting error “Failed to query list data. The Web application at https:://…./Sites/Site Name could not be found. Verify that you have typed the URL correctly. If the URL should be serving existing content, the system administrator may need to add….” (I am sure I use correct URL). Is there any other way to do that? what could be wrong with with “Site URL not found”? Many thanks in advance for your help!
Anyone has a solution of how I can clear this message to preview a form? I’ve already published a major version but it did not clear the error.
Hello,I'm currently trying out 'Nintex Forms for SharePoint 2019'. I've designed a Nintex form with two Attachments controls: Attachments1 and Attachments2. Attachments1 is the default control.I need to display the attachments uploaded by the approver in Attachments2. How can I achieve this?
I am trying to recreate an old InfoPath data entry form. On that form, there is a button that would save the data entered to the list, then clear the fields so new data can be entered. Thanks for your help.
Hi, So I am Working on a repeating section which has a list lookup control, and this list lookup needs to translate between 2 languages , if the user chooses language 1 the List lookup needs to be in language 1, and if the user chooses language 2 then the List lookup needs to be in language 2.what i have now is 2 lookups one for language 1 and one for language 2, but the problem is that both of the lookups and not linked, so if a user completes the form in language 1 and then someone else wanted to view the form in language 2, then language 2 will show up and will be empty, is there a way to only include 1 list lookup in the repeater section and this list look up will translate base on the language selected ? if now what else can be done? TIA

I’m currently working on an Nintex On-Prem Responsive form and I would like an attachment control to require validation of at least one attachment when there is a date populated in a date field and the answer to a choice question is “Yes”.My issue is this attachment control is on a hidden panel that doesn’t appear until later down the form. If you use the validation rules on the control itself, it won’t allow for the initial submission of the form. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.-Pat

Hello,I am currently trying out 'Nintex Forms for SharePoint 2019'. I have designed a workflow where if it requires approval from user A, during the 'pending task' period, the Admin user can modify the approver. This can be achieved using 'Delegate task', but how can I retrieve the 'Comments' entered by the Admin when delegating the task, or does Nintex provide additional APIs to perform the 'Delegate task' action?
I have a workflow that errors frequently but I’m getting a generic message, “The workflow could not update the item, possibly because one or more columns for the item require a different type of information.” Is there a script I can run that will give more information?
I am in SharePoint 2016 on premise. Created a Nintex form on a List. This list goes through an approval process using a workflow.Users can initially attach documents to a list item (draft mode). But when the approval process starts, I only want the user to view the attachment(s) and don't want them to have the ability to add/remove them. The “attachment” control that Nintex provides has its limitation. If I hide it, the user cannot view the attachments. In other words, hiding the attachment removes “Add/Remove” functionality and at the same time hides the attachment, as well. How do I only allow the user to view the attachment.Any help will be appreciated. Regards, Mayank Shyam

created a WF on a doclib to change the name of the doc (this is successful) AND move (well, all Nintex can do is copy) the file to a doclib in a different site collection with a new name. The WF changes the name, updates the field in the origin library, then sends an email notification (all correctly) and sends the doc correctly to the final destination library (inside a sub folder) BUT the doc name isn’t the new name. How to configure the WF to retain the new name of the doc when copying to new doclib?
good afternoon does anyone know why this happens? the task is approved and goes back to the user who approved it in this case this happened 4 times until the task was cancelled. does anyone know how to solve this problem? any tips? thank you all
good afternoon, we have lazy approval active, but lazy approval does not work, does anyone know how to solve this problem ? any tips ? thank you all
I’ve created a WF on a doclib for docs that are finalized/ready for the process flow of the wf. For it to go into production, the WF needs to be started (manually, or better yet - scheduled) on a specific view, to run on all docs in this view. How do I configure the wf to start on a certain view? Does it need to be a site wf? If so, same question, how do I configure it to run on all docs in the view? (these docs have the same CT, but there are other docs in the same doclib with the same CT that need a different process flow/different wf).
I am using SharePoint 2016 on premise. Have a Nintex workflow that updates the Workflow Task list. I have a requirement to update a View that I created in the Workflow Task list. For instance, I want the view to be filtered based on a criteria - Created Date is less than the notification date. I want to dynamically enter the notification date using my workflow. Someone told me that I could use a Web Service Call for that i.e. to update the view. But I cannot find any documentation on that. How do I update the criteria of a SharePoint View from the Nintex workflow? . Any documentation or example would help. Thanks in advance. Mayank
Hi, can somebody help? How to export all nintex forms at once? Using power shell ?I found a way how to do it for workflows. But forms not.My situation:I need to analyze data stored in forms. It is a *.xml file. The goal is after export, to have (in one folder) all (from whole sharepoint) forms files.
I am building a workflow connected to a list filled out by a user form which requires 2 approvers and their respective comments. The user fills out the Project & Production Manager which in turn I need to send them an email requesting their approval (or not) with their comments. I have 2 columns (Project Manager Comments/Production Manager Comments) for their comments set up in the list. I have successfully set up a workflow using assign flexi task, set variable and update item for one of the approvers using some variables (see image) however how do I configure the workflow to obtain both the approvers comments so they are captured in the list under the correct columns? Both managers must provide their approval for the item to be marked as approved.
I have a workflow with Request Data action where the user will be able to attach an attachment. I need the attachment to be attached back to the Document Set where the request is being raised. Is there any way to copy an attachment from a list which is Workflow Task to a Document Set.
