Document Generation disabled

Document Generation is a Nintex External action, it needs to be enabled from central admin.

Please check to if this is the reason why the action is not available.

All prerequisites had already been switched on, and Document Generation is still disabled.

Hi.

I just sent and email response, it was seating on my draft folder all along.

Document Generation was already selected in Nintex Administration, Action settings under Workflow environment.

I have sent a screen copy, issue still persisting.
