Nintex for Office 365

Hi, I would like to know few things about migrating nintex forms from on prem to cloud.when i try to do export the form from on prem and then try to import to the cloud nintex forms it say’s doesn’t support the file format.how can i migrate the forms? also i don’t see the SQL Request on the cloud just like on prem.we are heavily reliant on that action.We have around 30 Nintex forms, how can i go about migrating the forms? do i have to recreate them from scratch?any inputs is appreciated. Thanks 

I have a Document library and a Nintex form associate with it.   In the classic experience: after I upload the file to the document library, the Nintex form pops up right-a-way. In the modern experience: after I upload the file to the document library, I need an extra steps to bring up the Nintex form.   Is that normal behavior to launch the Nintex form for Document library in classic vs modern experience?   Thanks

I have a form layout with two panels (green and orange) that both resize depending on their contents.  They are both inside a containing panel (yellow).  This is how it looks in design view: You can see that in design view, the green panel is taller, and is setting the top and bottom height of the yellow panel.However, when actually viewing the form, the orange panel may be taller.  In this case, the yellow panel is ignoring the height of the orange panel and setting the height of the yellow panel based only on the green panel.  As a result, the orange panel is cut off.  The best I’ve been able to do so far is add a scroll bar, but this isn’t ideal. I would like the yellow panel’

AS microsoft goes toward their SPFx-based future, new lists in Nintex no longer show the Nintex forms button on the ribbon on a new list.  This list is on a site that already has Nintex Forms for O365 intalled and in use.  I tried the two tircks suggesed earlier to solve this:I cleared my Browser Cache I changed the Advanced Setting Offline Client Availability to NoI still cant get the forms button.  Is there any work around to allow me to still make new forms on a list?  I read there was an new SPFx-based Nintex forms app but I cant find that as a stand alone.  We also have Nintex Automation Cloud here and I use it often.  The SharePoint list based forms have a lot of advangages over forms tied to NAC so our prefered solution for the last year or so has been O365 Nintex forms triggering NAC workflows.  Is this still possible?Fortunately I can still use Nintex forms on older lists.  

I have a 3 level approval process which I have split into three O365 workflows, one workflow for each approver. I did this for flexibility, such as changing an approver if needed before their task is created, and also to have workflows complete as quickly as possible instead of running for extended periods waiting for all approvals.  The first approval workflow triggers upon item creation, and if it is approved it updates a Status column to “Pending Level 2 Approval”. I see a few posts asking when Nintex are going to enhance their Responsive Forms to allow "Append Changes to Existing Text". It's like Nintex have given up and are pushing us towards Power Apps when they are not meeting customer requirements.I have so many forms where our users want to see all the reviewing comments with a date/time stamp but Nintex Responsive has not kept up!!

When we using browser version start with 126 is Ok but when using browser version 127 got problem. How in the world are we able to identify what was configured in NWO365 workflows within the update list item action? See below, there is no path or additional information for us to determine what the previous developer pushed to this SharePoint list field titled “WBS Value”. I know it’s from another list called ProjectInfo3 and the field is WBS but I don’t know the condition set.How do we go about identifying this to replicate it in NAC? We already tried the migration tool and the condition doesn’t migrate over.

Hello,I have a 2013 Nintex Workflow that I really need to get converted to Nintex Automation but I'm stuck on how to accomplish this when I’m not seeing the same functionality.  Currently in 2013 users go to a specific item and click workflows where they can they push the workflow to start.  In SP online environment this same functionality is not available.They select Workflows on each item which takes them to a screen that allows them to run the Nintex workflow manually.This is what I see in SP Online environment stating this will be retired in 2026 

I am new to New Responsive forms.In Forms settings there is a ‘Show Print button’ toggle which is turned on but when open my form I do not see a Print button on the form.  I cannot figure out what I am doing wrong.  No matter what form I turn this on for it does not show.There is no longer a way to create a button either as there is no tool to use on the left. Any ideas?TIA

This has been frustrating for me because it seems it should be simple. I have a form with a list lookup control that links to a parts list in the same site. The user can select a part number using that control. What I would like is to have a read-only text control that auto-fills the part description, based on the part number selected. Seems to me this formula would be the logical way to accomplish this:Lookup("Parts", "Part Num", Form.Part, "Description")...but Nintex does not allow me to insert a value from another control nor from a form variable into the Form.Part part of the formula.  What am I missing?   

Hi, I’ve added a calculated field column onto a SharePoint list to take in / add three other currency columns and show their sum in the new SharePoint calculated column I’m calling ‘Budget-ActivityIncome-CALCTotal’. The column formula is here below.  Here’s where it gets interesting.  I can’t see when on the Nintex form  on the SharePoint left hand menu that calculated field to present the sum onto the form.  Why?  I expected to see that column ‘Budget-ActivityIncome-CALCTotal’ as an option to put onto the form but do not.  Why? Here are what options do present on N

Hello,I am not able to log the value in my variable. The variable control works as needed but I cannot for some reason log it?! The variable is set to grab a security group but I want to be able to see the name of the security group when I log it… when the workflow runs nothing appears in the log.. I’m not sure  if its because I don’t have the same dropdown options to display when I need it to log. Nintex O365 workflow Fx for “viewing sps groups” 

Hello!I would like to know if anyone has any idea how I could create a filter in Nintex Forms that displays a series of cards with data that match given characteristics, considering that the data is stored in SharePoint.I have already tried some methods, but for some reason, the data takes a long time to load, doesn't load, or when it does load, it says there is no data. Additionally, I am having difficulty separating the data from SharePoint into separate cards per row of information.Below, I have included a design to help you understand my idea a bit better.  Any help will be appreciated. I have been looking into this, but I could only find resources on submitting the form from only the requestors point of view and then submitted. I want it so a requestor fills out the first part of the form. Then its submitted, and the supervisor see’s it in their email/ their list, and sees the first part, and fills out the second, then submits again. This repeats with quality, engineering, etc (all these stages need to accept or reject), until the whole form is filled out. Is this possible in Nintex + Sharepoint? Edit: This is in Nintex Automation Cloud.

We have a tool built for call center agents that serves as a knowledge management tool.  Based on the input in 3 - 4 drop down boxes, the remainder of the form is loaded using lookups to populate relevant information for the agent to assist with the call.  The source for the form is SharePoint lists (several lists with values retrieved using the lookup function).  While testing yesterday with 5 users simultaneously, they all started receiving the error, “Something isn’t right”.  Has anyone else experienced this type of issue?

Hi,I am working with O365 New Responsive Forms. I am able to set a people picker with a rule by setting the value of the People Picker to a text variable which contains an email address, as described in this post: Set People Picker via Rule in New Responsive Form | Community (nintex.com).Now I am trying to set the people picker field with 2 names.  I have tried to concatenate 2 email addresses with a “;”, but that did not work.Can this be done?  Does anyone have any ideas?  

When I select the Nintex Form button that is blue with a white “x”, I am able to display all of the data from the item I selected. However, if I place a lookup field in that would update the data in the original field, the field is blank, and when I click on the dropdown to update the column, there are extra characters placed in like a number and a semi-colon. How can I display all of my data and use the lists that I created for lookups to update my data if the information needs updated?

I’m building a document acknowledgement system and the customer wants to show the document in the form with the form controls to acknowledge the document below it.  They would also like to the controls to only be turn on once the document has been scrolled through if possible.  I’ve looked here in the community board and can’t find an example.  Has anyone done something like this before? This is being built in Nintex for Office 365 using SharePoint Online.Thanks in advance for any help.
