I am trying to recreate a Excel calculation in a Nintex Responsive form which converts a a value to H:MM.In Excel we use =TEST(L24/24,”[h]:mm” to show the results of L24 as Hours and Minutes.How can I recreate that in Nintex Response Form Designer?. I have tried all the convert to options without success!
Unable to connect any rules to form submit button (action panel) in New responsive Nintex form 0365
Hi ,I have added some rules to my Nintex form under submit rules.If these rules are violated , form should not get submitted .But in new responsive nintex form , even with failed validation entries are getting submitted .I am seeing error message but if submit is pressed, values get inserted.How to control this.Please suggest
Is lookup() function supporting for cross site now?
I'm trying to use the lookup() function to access a list from a different site.I'm tried to use lookup("/sites/bbb|listName", "Title","xxx","Title") in site ("/sites/aaa/xxx"), and I got #Value!I got a error message: [/sites/bbb|listName-xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx] - A request for SharePoint data failed. Error details: List 'listName' does not exist at site with URL 'https://xxxxxxx.sharepoint.com/sites/aaa/xxx'. Nintex Novice - I have a parallel block, what next?
I am a nintex novice (IE not technical) but I am trying to build out a workflow for my form with multiple status updates. The form will be submitted by a team member.I have a parallel block that is working. After I review the form I have 2 status update options (either rejected or pending). Each option will trigger an email. This part is working.After the pending step - i have one option. it is essentially a 2nd pending step but with an additional piece of information. How do i move into this action and have it trigger the email to the initiator?After the above item is updated - I have 2 options (action required or final approval). How do i move into these steps to trigger the appropriate emails?
Error publishing workflow with caml query action

Unable to loading dropdown lookup values in classic Nintex form in IPhone mobile device
I have developed one classic Nintex form in SharePoint online list. But I am getting issue to loading values in Nintex dropdown lookup fields in IOS mobile device. Its working in desktop mode. its not working in mobile device. Anybody help on this. Please check below screen shot.
Nintex form 2016 lookup not working with cross site
Hi , I am trying to use lookup function in form O365 with classic designer.Here I am providing relative URL as first parameter in lookup function eg-lookup("/sites/Alpha-Gamma|Employee", "ID", EmpId, "EmpName")But it is not performing the lookup.If list is at same level , then only I am able to see the looked up value ?Pls suggest what am I missing and what I have to do to successfuly pass relative path in the lookup function ?
Nintex form validation based off another fields input
Hello, I am trying make one of my fields required based off of the input in another field. I would like for the C4C OPP ID# (highlighted in green) to be mandatory if the Estimated Quote Amount (highlighted in yellow) is greater than or equal to 25000. I have been googling solutions and reading a bunch of validation wikis, but I can’t seem to get it to work. I am new to Nintex and have been assigned the “admin” role within my company, so I have users coming to me to fix their forms or make changes. I have the following rule setup, but it doesn’t seem to give me the result I am looking for:I put this rule on the C4C OPP ID# control since this is the field I want to make required based on the input of the other field. Does anyone have any solutions or recommendations?
Nintex Workflow 365 will not accept changes made to workflow
I have a workflow which has been running for more than a year and a Task Process needed to have an outcome change from one state (send to Manager) to a different state (send to Submitter) to improve the flow.However, when i changed the Outcome in the task and the Change State to the newly routed outcome/state, the published version of the workflow task is still showing the old Outcome wording, and when it is chosen, instead of it following the new change state, or the previous change state, it is running the Default Outcome which closes the workflow.I have also tried adding the Outcome (send to Submitter) and after publishing, it is not showing either.I think the Task is not updating the possible outcomes, and when the changed outcome is chosen, it no longer sees that as an outcome and sends it down the Default path, as if no outcome was chosen, but i don’t know how to fix this.I appreciate any advise you can provide.Thank you,Danny
NWC- Start Form Data Lookup Column Remove Duplicates
Hi,I’m creating a NWC Start form and trying to lookup a column in a SharePoint list (using the data lookup column) and able to successfully display the data in the data lookup column. However the drop down is displaying blank values and duplicates. Does anyone know or have an idea of how to remove blanks and duplicate values? Thanks.
Who is the Lazy Approver?
How can I track who the LazyApprover is? For auditing purposes I need to track who approved a request but if Lazy Approval is allowed and someone can forward an email to someone else then how do I know who approved it and save it to a list column? I usually track this on the task form but now sure how with email approval. System: Sharepoint Online, Nintex for O365 Workflow and Forms
Ability to reverse sort and add from the top into a repeating section
Hi Everyone,we have Nintex for O365 form on a sharepoint online list that tracks case information.As the case is updated a row is add to the repeating section with additional notes.As the case builds up the number of repeating section rows and increases where it can be a bit of a scroll down the form. When you go to add a new row you can no longer see the static controls at the top of the form with case information.It would be very helpful to have an ability in the control to switch the ordering of the rows from acsending to decending with an ability to add a row at the top or bottom.I’ve raised an idea for this if you would to support it.Reverse sort or add to top for repeating section | Nintex Ideas Thanks,Gavin
Triggering workflow on a document library with metadata
Hi ,I have a document library with some columns that capture some metadata. When a new file is uploaded and metadata is added, I would like to send an email that a new document is uploaded and include the metadata in the email. I would like to send a different email that the document is revised, if the file is overwritten and updated the metadata. This seems like almost impossible to do with Nintex. I tried enforcing checkout and setting certain columns to required. What is the best way to do this?
Leave site? - Changes that you made may not be saved - Error message when Submitting form - O365
There is a new error message appearing whever I hit Submit on a form I am developing: If I click Leave or cancel - the form submits as normal and takes me back to the SharePoint list as expected. This error message appears in Chrome and Edge. I have rolled the form back to a previous date, error still appears. Has there been an update to Nintex Forms O365 recently? This error only appeared today (Mon 11th May). Any help?
Nintex Forms not working for guest users in SPO
Hi all,I'm experiencing an issue in my organization when guest users try to open NO365 forms.First is good to mention that we have some CAS policies in place, so when a guest access our SharePoint Online environment, this is tracked and because of this and the URL changes do [mydomain].sharpoint.com.mcas.ms. I noticed that when a guest opens a Nintex O365 Form, not only SPO URL changes but also Nintex Forms App also changes from formso365.nintex.com to formso365.nintex.com.mcas.ms. It makes impossible to load the form.I'm pretty sure the form is ok, as it works for users in our tenant. Does someone already experienced this before?Thanks!
New Reactive Forms Designer Missing User Entered Value on Choice Field
I'm creating a form in the new Reactive Forms system and the control for allowing users to enter a 'fill-in' choice. Was this feature removed? Listed options belowOptions: Title Name | Customize Connected to Display Type (Drop-down list is selected) Options (comma-seperated) Default value Display 'Please select' Required Custom required message Visible Read-only Description Tooltip Width I do not see the option to allow users to enter a value, the column is set to in SharePoint Online, and users are uanble to when using the form. How do I do this in the new reactive designer?

How do I connect a SP column to a Nintex Cloud Task Form?
Hello,I’m new-ish to Nintex in general, but having to learn some things over again in Nintex Cloud. I’ve created a list in SharePoint and connected it to the Nintex Cloud workflow; however, when I go to create a Task Form and connect fields within the Task Form to the SharePoint columns/fields, there is no where to connect. In old Nintex workflows, the task form had a connection field: But, in Nintex Cloud, I’m not seeing it: Maybe I’m just missing something simple, but can anyone help?
Hi,I have modified a Nintex form I created some time ago. Preview looks ok, save and publish and when executing an edit, the form opens in the small pane on the right and no longer full page. Is this by design ? Some setting to avoid this ?I have a nice designed page which is now pushed into the right standard pane to edit the properties. Not looking good any more …Thank you,Marc
