We have a Nintex form with a Cancel and Submit button, but the Save button is not responding when clicked. It doesn't allow us to save the form, and nothing happens when we try to use it. The Submit and Cancel buttons work as expected. Has anyone experienced this issue or have any idea why the Save button isn't working?
Is there supposed to be a redirect option for the saved button too? Any insights would be appreciated!

@david.burns@Jamie_Buck-Tomek@Nintex_Sam help please :(
Hi @Computergirl208,
Thank you for your questions.
There is no redirect when save is clicked. The purpose of the save button is so you can save as you complete the form which is especially helpful for large forms.
When the save button is clicked it does not redirect. Do you see the save animation when you click save? Does the field that the panel is connected to update with the value saved as per your configuration?
Hi No animation. It doesn’t react at all. It doesn’t save the form at the point that it is at either

Hi @Computergirl208,
Per my previous comment, “Do you see any errors in the browser console?”. This may give you insight into the issue.
No error message in the browser
Hi @Computergirl208,
If this button is not working, there has to be an error in the browser tools console. For further assistance, I suggest that you contact Nintex Support.
