Nintex O365 Form for SharePoint Document Library

I have a Document library and a Nintex form associate with it.

In the classic experience: after I upload the file to the document library, the Nintex form pops up right-a-way.

In the modern experience: after I upload the file to the document library, I need an extra steps to bring up the Nintex form.

Is that normal behavior to launch the Nintex form for Document library in classic vs modern experience?

Hi,

This is expected behavior. Nintex forms do not popup after document upload in the Modern experience.

Will this change in the future? We have been battling with this for awhile because of other restrictions related to updating metadata if user has file open. If we could have user be FORCED or prompted to put this information in up front it would save us quote a bit of headaches.
