Has anyone used Promapp for their front office customer service calls?
Hi. We have various offices and brands under our organizaton. There are some roles that could have the same responisibilities but different job titles according to locations. For example we have Administraton Assistants as well as Administration Officers. What would be the best way to create roles to keep things streamlined? Would it be a good idea to assign two roles to each person? For example Staff A performs administrative duties so we would assign the above two mentioned roles to the same person. Any ideas? Thanks
What are the best ways to make processes more 'consumable' for front line staff?
Hi there We use links embedded in our Sharepoint Intranet page to Promapp processes but notice when we update the Promapp, it doesn't automatically update on Sharepoint, as in when you click the link within Sharepoint, it reverts to the Historical version and not the most current - does anyone know a way around that? Thanks in advance..
What is required to be successful with Nintex Promapp? How do you realise your strategic direction?  The Elements of Success have been developed by the Customer Success Team here at Nintex Promapp and they cover a number of different areas which aid the ongoing success of Nintex Promapp. Keep in mind that it is not necessary to have every element completely covered but rather shed some light on an area you may have neglected in the past. The Elements of Success PDf can be found here:https://nintexmarketing.box.com/s/ge95ch5ye8psqzhxiodia47uyklme06q There are playbooks to go along with the elements which dive deeper into the specific topics. We are still developing these playbooks so keep an eye on this forum to see any updates.
I have a requirement I don't manage to solve. The RACI is defined at the process level. My customer'ld like to define it at task level. One way to do it would be to define subprocesses (with RACI) and then to link them in the designer.  Is there another simpler way to define RACI at task level?
I found an option in the admin menu"Enable process import from third party tools (Visio, iGrafx) (Default: Off)"Â which (to my understanding) should mean that visio import should be possible. :) I can't find it in the interface. Someone can enlight me?
