How should we organise our process group struture specifically for Health and Safety?

We have done this by creating sub groups for H&S Governance, H&S Policy and H&S Processes. The Governance folder contains processes related to the management of H&S, such as preparing H&S reports. The Policy folder contains our policies relating to driving your vehicle for work, etc. Lastly the Process folder contains processes to lock up the office or how to respond to a fire emergency. We recommend this approach to manage this easily.
