Has anyone successfully used a process charter in their organization to engage key staff with managing and improving their processes in Nintex Promapp? Does such a strategic document help to bolster process governance?

we have our Continuous Improvement Framework charter posted on our intranet site. Not sure how many people actually refer to it. Id be interested in strategies in how to get more people referring to it or engaged with it...
