Promapp ownership (Promaster/Executive sponsor)

Within Whangarei District Council (NZ), we handed Promapp over to our Governance Team initially, as this is where our Business Analysts resided. However, we have just had a re-structure, and now we have a Business Improvement Team, so Promapp has gone with the Business Analysts to this new team. The Exec Sponsor has remained the same within our Corporate group - which looked after Governance and now Business Improvement. Our Promasters are both Business Analysts as is our lead process champion, so whatever team they are in - the responsibility for Promapp goes with them.
