An action plan within the improvements module can have multiple people assigned to the different tasks. Is there a way to generate a report that would allow us to see which users are currently assigned a task and balance work loads based on this? or even to see how many tasks are late and who is responsible for each?
I am having trouble defining the different types of tags in Promapp. I cannot find any information on activity or process tags. What are all of these?System tags Document tags Lean tags Activity tags Process tags Glossary tags
Hi experts, I did a certification exam few days ago. There is one question that I am confused and curious to find the explanation. In the question asked if the statement of 'one checklist can be used multiple times' is true or false. Does the question refer to 1 checklist with the several items/activities to be followed up? Or it means the different thing? Thanks
When I create a checklist and assign activities to users, they do not appear in neither my own or other users dashboard. Neither do we receive notifications by mail. I follow the description in help centre for creating a checklist.
Dear all, Â We have just started using Promapp and have created quite a large process. We have now realized that the roles on the left side at the beginning of the process map are not visible any more when scrolling to the right towards the end of the process map. Is there a way of fixing this part of the map when scrolling through just like in Excel? I very much look forward to your feedback! Â Thank you & best regards, Sally
hi there,i am trying to create a process which involves going back to a step in the same process twice. As the picture shows.any suggestions on how to illustrate this?thank you
The only options in Manage Groups are New, Rename, Convert, Import/Export and Sort. Help, need to delete a Process Group that should be a Process. Thanks.
I am unable to determine from the Help documentation what happens in the case where:1/ Process Approval is configured 'on'2/ The Process Owner is also the only Approver in the group the process is located3/ Auto-publish is enabled In this case, when the Process Owner releases the process for Approval, does the process auto-approve (because he/she is the only required approver for the group), or does that person still have to go in and as a separate action, approve the process as well? Or does some other condition affect this? Cheers
Hi, We have situations where more than the Process Owner and Process Expert will need to see and respond to feedback for a particular Process or Policy. What settings or setup options are there to designate others receive the feedback notifications in their dashboards in addition to the two Process Owner and Expert defaults for a particular process? What would be the setup or settings for this same feedback/dashboard scenario in a particular Process Group? Â Â
One of our analysts has requested a user reference field in the user profile. This would allow us to cross reference with another system using employee number.
Hi, Â I am very curious to know what will be the root cause if user A is not able see the costs in the timeframes? But Promaster is able to view and provide the information to A regularly. Is that because the timeframe view mode is Off or because of limited access of user A or other something else need to be considered? Â Thanks in advance.Â
Hi,I have followed these instructions to try to embed a document into our intranet, @https://community.nintex.com/t5/How-To-s/Nintex-Promapp-Sharepoint-Embed-Webpart-to-Embed-a-Nintex/ta-p/93720but it doesnt show the preview of the document in the intranet, just downloads the document. Can anyone provide advice on this please? Many thanksMichelle

hi. when editing a process, shouldn't i be able to hashtag a system in the 'assign roles' field? relevant text from promapp help documentation: "To add a tag, click on the Assign a role field and type the tag name starting with a #. For example: #Nintex-Automated." whenever i type the hashtag, all i get back is 'no data found' - a problem i've had in two different promapp environments. pls note that i can hashtag the very same systems in the activity description, notes or task fields without any problems. but i'm trying to simply tag the system without mentioning it in the displayed text of those fields. (system tagging is enabled, of course, and i am editing with promaster rights.) thanks for any help you can offer.
Hi there, Just after some Promapp help. I need to generate a report that shows the objectives of each process and then export in excel. Has anyone done this before? I had a look at all the report options and couldn't figure it out. Thanks 🙂
A user is receiving an error message when trying to access a process they are the SME on. The error message says they do not have the appropriate rights. I have checked all the permissions and they are all ok. I am completely flummoxed as to why they are unable to access this process. Please help!
We have a number of processes that require the same RACI information. Rather than having to complete this one process at a time, is there a way the selected processes could have the RACI information updated in one hit?
Good afternoon Is anyone else having issues with Promapp going terribly slow? This started happening about 2 weeks ago and had been working fine up until then. It can take a minute or so sometimes to save a minor change in a process. Whilst it is mostly slow when edits are being made, it can happen when you are just flicking between views, i.e. map view/procedural view/edit view. This can be very embarrassing when working with staff across the organisation because their time is precious. It is also embarrassing when you are presenting to leaders.  Is anyone else having similar issues? Does anyone know why this may have started happening just recently? By process of elimination, nothing has changed at my end. The circle of death is becoming tiresome....  Help! Thanks  Helen
Hi - we just used the posted solution on how to add additional process editors so they can ... edit process other than their own at the Group level. My question is for the initial Process Team (User, Expert and Owner) - how are they informed of a change to their process when an additional editor did a change. Do they get informed? Our testing indicates that after an additional editor changed the process, the initial process team did not get notified that the process was changed. There wasn't any indication in their Dashboard for Process Changes. Should the initial Process Team get notified, maybe they and I am doing something wrong? There are other means to indicate to the initial Process Team that someone edited their process - i.e. use the Feedback functionality. Looking for experience or opinions here, because perhaps this could be an enhancement. Thanks - Srinee @ Sun Life Financial.
Promapp is designed to track policy / process development. Is there a feature in Promapp whereby readers can acknowledge receipt and confirm application of a change?
staff have been suggesting processes but these haven't been easily identified by those that are meant to be creating the process. Who actually gets notification if someone suggests a process. Or as Promaster, is it up to me to review this and send them to the owner/expert (if named) in the process suggestion?  thanks
Hi. I am using the onboarding and training module and I require a trainee to acknowledge they have completed a process. hen accessing it on a mobile I am unable to acknowledge this as it does not display correctly. Can you help please?

Hi there, at Defence Bank we currently use Elcom CMS as our intranet. Our current library of procedures are PDF documents uploaded into folders. As we migrate to Promapp, we need to manage the transition. Our thinking was to use minimode links however that doesn't allow users to access embedded processes. We're seeking advice from anyone who has successfully integrated Promapp with an intranet that's other than Sharepoint so we better understand what options are open to us.
Hi Team - I am unsure whether process review dates are supposed to update to a new date when a process has been reviewed. I have some processes that have been reviewed and (PAW) approved, yet the review date still shows from last year. Cheers, Julian
