Dear all,
We have just started using Promapp and have created quite a large process. We have now realized that the roles on the left side at the beginning of the process map are not visible any more when scrolling to the right towards the end of the process map. Is there a way of fixing this part of the map when scrolling through just like in Excel?

There is no way to have those roles scroll with you unfortunately - I would definitely recommend that you add this to user voice as an enhancement request (https://nintex.uservoice.com/) to open it up for voting.
In the meantime it is worth double checking the process to critically apply the best writing techniques (grouping tasks into activities, splitting into sub processes) just in case that helps 🙂
