Is it possible to check in Promapp if a user has downloaded/printed processes? If yes, how do we go about it?

Hey @Bilwa - you cannot see if they have printed the process, but you can see if they viewed the process by running the Process Views by User report. Admin -> Reports -> Process Views by User
