We have a number of processes that require the same RACI information. Rather than having to complete this one process at a time, is there a way the selected processes could have the RACI information updated in one hit?

I can see that this has been sent through as an email - but just in case you haven't had a response yet:
The RACI matrix is generated via the process information as it is populated so other than importing multiple completed process maps into your site via the 'import process group using xml option'
there is no way to update the RACI for multiple processes in one hit.
