I am a new user.  I need to export Promapps containing process charts, detailed procedure steps, links to screenshots and external reference materials (pdf).   What export formats are available that can be uploaded and used on web applications?   All assistance will be appreciated. Thanks

My org wants to be able to see the user comments associated with Incident, investigation, etc.   Is that data exposed in the API, or is there a way to write Json to extract this data?   Schema?    Thanks.

I have yet to find any configuration or basic discussion on this topic.    We have the Improvements / Incident reporting add-on.   Looking for similar capabilities for the RISK add-on, allowing us to create additional fields required by our Risk team.    Doesn't appear this is possible from my research and review of Risk configurations as a Promaster.   Thanks much!

Hello - I recall having the ability to display my process from the Map view and in the Change Log read Feedback and having a button available to me to respond from the Log.   This was really great and effective capability - has this been deprecated? I cannot do this anymore?   Did have something to do with the Feedback changes recently?   Thanks Srinee

There is a limitation of 100 processes to a process group when printing. This is causing large issues for our company, as we are asked to provide 'manuals' to our clients. To satisfy this we need to be able to provide a complete process group (eg. for Health and Safety.... essentially this is our 'electronic Health and Safety Manual' for the business). But as we have 107 processes, Promapp will not produce a PDF. This has been raised previously and I am raising again as the limitation is once again causing problems for us in providing evidence to one of our clients. Please raise this limit.

Our company wants to classify the Actions differently.   Appears there is some additional capabilities behind certain Action types (like RISK)..      Can we configure or add Action Types?   How?   Many thanks. . 

The scroll bar on right is visible, with no up/down arrows, but not active EXCEPT with a mouse.  See attachment. Any ideas on how to make the scroll bar active for without mouse or with mouse?

When attempting to load an image to the Nintex cloud in my process, my browser (Chrome) is freezing up and I have to restart my computer. It's not likely the image size (only 192 kb).

Hi.What is the recommended way to map the following common scenario.In the course of performing a process, a condition is identified that requires a transfer to another process, but some action(s) need to be performed first.  For example an assessor is processing an application but realises it should be handled by a different department following a different process.  Before handing it over, the assessor needs to assign the case to the new department in the system and notify the customer. One way to do this is with a decision that links to an activity with relevant tasks.  A link to the other process can be specified in the outputs.  However, this doesn't show the linked process on the map and there appears to be no way to identify what outputs are produced at this exit point from the process rather than others. Alternatively a decision point that links directly to the other process could be used, but there appears to be no way to record the actions that need to be performed prior to t

Hello Brain Trust!I'm wondering if anyone of you good people have experience in developing an Integrated Management System (to consolidate safety, risk and environment management systems, for example) with Promapp as the visual "front-end"? I am currently researching a user-friendly interface to present a massive collection of Policies, Procedures, Work Instructions, User Guides, Forms etc. and would be grateful for any tips or other support in figuring out how Promapp can be made the principal platform for the internal and (partly) external provision of such documentation.CheersChristoph

Is there no way to make words bold in ProMapp? Even this chatroom allows for that. Bolding clickable items in technical instructions is so basic, it's surprising that ProMapp developers failed to include such fundamental text editor features.

Hi, I have a new process that was submitted for approval - one approver edited and the other approver just wants to see the changes. I know I need to be in the procedure view of the process- but I still can't see the highlight changes button?  Is this only available after the process has been approved at least once? CheersKaren  

Hi all,   I need to embed relevant legal or regulatory links that govern either the entire process, or a group. Are there any tips on how to embed legislative links to the group summary area or the process background sections? I know adding a weblink is easy within the actual process, but we are looking for a better way to manage this, not just for specific activities.

Promasters were able to post/display messages on the home page that Users were able to respond to.   Does anyone recall what happened to this functionality.   Was this deprecated recently?   Thanks - Srinee    

 Is there a way to report on activities and the timeframe setup in the map. The goal would be to roll up the time by role to see how much time is being used for each role.   Thanks

Hi Team, We have group with 20+ processes, what's the easiest way to change the process expert and process owner? If I am the process expert, can I update, approve and publish the process? Please advise.  

Currently my company version of Promapp only allows for an incident to be deleted is there anyway that an Overturn button can be added to the same dropdown. 

Hi All, I am currently unable to see details under the My Changes tab in the Dashboard. Every other tab loads, however My Changes does not and it is currently showing 1 item for action that I am unable to see? Any ideas?ThanksKaren
