Customer journey maps and process maps are both useful tools to understand an organisation, however they view the organisation from different perspectives. A customer journey map takes a customer-centric perspective to diagrammatically represent the customer’s interactions with the organisation by capturing all the customer’s experiences and emotions at each touchpoint. As customer journey maps use the customer’s own language and experiences, it is an extremely useful way to introduce the ‘voice of the customer’ into the organisation and helps to design with the end-user in mind. A process map takes an organisation’s perspective to depict the end-to-end flow of inputs transformated into outputs and shows the higher-level steps or activities required to carry these steps out. Process maps describe an organisation’s internal processes using terminology specific to that organisation. When using Promapp I was shocked that there is little in the way of user management audit trail (none) so please help champion this. It is very difficult to use this in a controlled environment without this basic information. https://nintex.uservoice.com/forums/919189-7-nintex-promapp/suggestions/39278698-reporting-of-user-addition-deletion?tracking_code=8d5fc8dbdd31d82a1b2c3d8262f7f28e
At times I need to have a link in a process to another process group. But I have not found that there is a way to do this. I can link individual processes either within a note or at an activity level. But need to do the same for a process group. Is there a way to do this I am missing? If not, are there any work arounds and is there any development on this?
Hi. We have various offices and brands under our organizaton. There are some roles that could have the same responisibilities but different job titles according to locations. For example we have Administraton Assistants as well as Administration Officers. What would be the best way to create roles to keep things streamlined? Would it be a good idea to assign two roles to each person? For example Staff A performs administrative duties so we would assign the above two mentioned roles to the same person. Any ideas? Thanks

The Elements of Success PDf can be found here:https://nintexmarketing.box.com/s/ge95ch5ye8psqzhxiodia47uyklme06q There are playbooks to go along with the elements which dive deeper into the specific topics. We are still developing these playbooks so keep an eye on this forum to see any updates.
I have a requirement I don't manage to solve. The RACI is defined at the process level. My customer'ld like to define it at task level. One way to do it would be to define subprocesses (with RACI) and then to link them in the designer. Is there another simpler way to define RACI at task level?
