Adding a new line to task

Hi all, I feel like I've awoken to an alternate reality. I have ALWAYS used Control+Enter keys to create a new line of text in my task.

Lately that's not working at all...all it gives me is a new task.

I have a new laptop, so I'm not discounting that, but thought I'd check in here. is it me?

I have checked the how to's and tech help. found this: https://community.nintex.com/t5/How-To/Creating-text-on-a-new-line-in-a-Nintex-Promapp-Task-or-Note/ta-p/121193, which tells me I'm not crazy.

Anyone else had this issue and has a fix?

Shift + Enter - this is commonly used for link breaks.

Control + Enter does seem to create a new task line.

Not sure! I'll see if someone can update that. I always use Shift + Enter in spreadsheets and documents, so I have just used it ongoing in Promapp. 🙂

as another quick one...i don't have the ability to click and drag activities to re-order anymore. is that another change?

I think task dragging had an issue, which they resolved...but maybe in doing so caused a follow-up issue with activity dragging. Please raise a ticket to support@nintex.com.
