Nintex Workflow

Is there any functionality to disable the ‘Copy Form Data’ option in Nintex Automate.  

For the flow trigger event: MS Exchange Online > Received email, there appears to be no collection variable or way to get attachments from the email.This seems like a massive gap, so much so that I’m wondering if I’ve missed something? I would have thought this would be 90% of the use case for this start event. If anyone can highlight to me what I’ve missed, or how to do this I would appreciate it.

Is there a way to set the business owner of the workflow as one of the assignee to a “Assign a task to multiple users”? or some how get the business owner

We have one multiple selected person group column (People Picker) and retrieving all emails into the Nintex Cloud Form. 2) If its work, then we have to replace the existing values with new Like ABC; XYZ with ABC; LMN.How to do that in Nintex form.

I am pulling data from a SharePoint list and populating a repeating section within a form, which is working.  However, due to the nature of the data and the process, the data cannot be removed from the section or new data added.  So, how can I remove the 'trash can' and 'Add new row' controls from a repeating section?

HI!I have a workflow where I need to be able to carry over an attachment (or two). I have a section where in one approval task (phase 3) you can upload an attachment and once its ready to go to the next approver (phase 4), the attachment carries over to be viewed. Is that possible? If so, how does one approach this? I have been trying for hours and unable to find anything on attempting this, help? Upload attachment in Phase 3 and carry over to Phase 4:  

We just discovered a huge problem with task delegation in NAC. When task approvals are manually delegated there’s no audit trail of this change. Somewhere in workflow tracking or in the instance history or task history we would expect to see the original task assignee and who delegated the task and when. All we can see is the task outcome and task history of the delegate. This is a huge problem for us!

Using the Asana 'Create a Task' action, I cannot create a task without first selecting an existing project out of the Projects list. The Projects list is not required, but will fail if not selected. My goal is to create a project and add a task to it. Any thoughts on how this can be done in Nintex?Here is the error. It's the same whether or not I use variables. Here’s the configuration:

Are there any plans on adding in the ability to use Rich Text (html) to the Asana ‘Create a Task’ action in Nintex Workflow Cloud? Currently to add a note to the task, the only option is ‘Notes’ which writes the notes as plain text. Asana’s ‘Create a task’ API endpoint has a parameter for ‘html_notes’ for creating a note in Rich Text. Is this something that can be added to the Nintex action?

Hello,I have a question. When I add two parallel groups, is it possible to assign them a fixed height so that their size is not affected by the content inside them?I am attaching some images for reference.   

I’m using Nintex Workflow online to send an email to users that are entered into a SharePoint online Person field that allows multiple selections.I have a SharePoint list column named “Ship To Persons” that is a “Person or Group” column set to allow multiple selections. I’m also using a Nintex Forms for O365 form on the list. I’ve got a workflow that needs to send out an email with the To property being the “Ship To Persons” column.If I enter only one person in that field, then the workflow runs successfully. When I add two or more users to that field, then the workflow fails at that email action.Is there something I can do on the forms or workflow side to accomplish this?

HiI have a data lookup in a repeating section which pulls data from salesforce. Each option selected from the lookup  creates a new row. So if there are 5 options in the dropdown list, there should be 5 rows. I am unable to make the rows to auto populate the info as this is a repeating section in a repeating section. The outer repeating section auto populates information dynamically. To avoid human errors, with the user either selecting the same option twice and consequently not selecting all the options, are there any recommendations to either highlight duplicates, highlight unselected options, have an option disappear from the dropdown list once selected (I appreciate this option may not be possible as the list is data pulled from an external source).  Thank youRegardsSunita

Prior to turning SSO on we would (See image below):Create a text variable and assign Display name of AD group Add a “Get members of an Azure Active Directory group” and use text variable from step 1 In “Assign a task to multiple users” set the Assignee to the “Stored Member emails” from step 2Now with SSO turned on there is no way to assign to “Stored Member emails”.  I tried adding the email address of the AD group as well as assigning AD group to variable and it fails.How do we do it now? 

Hello,I am setting item level permissions to my sharepoint online items list by using the Action “Update Item permission - SharePoint Online”.It works quite good. But is there a bug with the nintex designer because when trying to modify the action within the nintex designer it is not possible for me to remove a permission set?I can only add new permisions sets 

Is there a way to change instance data in xxxxxxx.workflowcloud.com. while we create/update form data to a sharepoint online list. but we can’t edit the data while it is still process.

Hi ​@pawankolaki I hope you are doing well.I am working on nintex workflow cloud and I want to generate a copy of the submitted form using the generate document action. I have a repeating section in another repeating section. I have configured the generate document action but I can only tag the outer repeating section fields unto my form template . Which means the document generated will not have information about the repeating section inside. Can you please advise on a way around like, as I would like the generated document to have all the information on the submitted form. Thank you

it seem to be using the user that create the sharepoint online connection. is there a way to change it to a “service account”

How do you update a location field in Sharepoint from Nintex workflow clould? When trying to add the field into the ‘Sharepoint Online: Update items’ control, it’s not available even through it’s on the Sharepoint list. Is there something special that needs to be done to get it to show up as a field in Update Items?

Anyone have any ideas why DocGen files are not stored in a collection in the specified Generation Order? The files generated in this pic should be in the order of 1, 2, then 3. They keep getting out of order in the collection. The order seems to be random as we’ve had different orders on different attempts.

Hello,I am migrating / redesigning an Invest Request approval workflow from nintex on-prem to Nintex Automation Cloud.All requests are stored in a SharePoint Online List. I have the requirement to create a .csv file for each approved request and save it local on a file share.It worked very well on the on-prem system.How can I solve this with nintex cloud?So 2 requirementscreating a  csv file storing the file on a file sharewould be happy to solve at least requirement (1).Many thanks for your help!Jochen

How can I update a SharePoint list item in Nintex based on a outcome of a task (instead of using the SharePoint list item ID) when using the SharePoint “Update item” connection?    

Couple of years ago we’ve developed Nintex solutions for our customer on SharePoint 2016. Customer decided migrate the solution to SAP.My account on Nintex Partner portal was disabled but I also hadn’t delegated access to our customer.  Each year, customer has to buy Combined license for Nintex Workflows and Forms, in June. So, what will be the TimeTable for EndOfLife (EOL) cycle?June 2026 - Customer will buy combined license for 1 yearJuly 2026 - SP2016 Microsoft EOL, but Nintex still provides security updatesJune 2027 - Customer will buy combined license for 1 yearJuly 2027 - Nintex 2016 EOLI am asking generally> although, there will be no support for Nintex 2016 products - will Nintex sell another 1 year licenses each year? Because I’m afraid, that it’ll take long time to migrate to SAP...
