getting a Forbidden error when try to logon to our dashboard.
all our product live workflow “the form is unavailable”
send them an email and got a case# but not sure how long this will take
and we use microsoft sso.
+5Yes we are getting the same errors, and cannot access the Customer portal either.
+5started a instances workflow for testing and it kind of stuck. there is still issue.
stuck at creating a sharepoint online list item. it just said “stated”. and not sure if any other production instances is stuck either. is there a way to kick it to make it go. or just have to wait?
