+3I wanted to see whether or not the community has encountered this and or has a ‘solution’ for this problem I currently have.
I want to see in the User management side of Nintex on the Tenancy, if a user is allocated to an assign task action and or multiple and in what projects?
I know that there are some other forms and workflow engines that have this capability to “see” what each user is allocated to and where.

Each user can see the tasks assigned to them in My Nintex.
If you want to check on a user, you can click on Tasks under the workflow section and filer by the users email address.

I was more curious as to whether or not using the User management side, being able to review each user/participant and seeing what forms/workflows they may be a part of (assign task action) for example. As a way to correctly identify and manage the users and know what forms they may be a part of (outside of opening the respective form/s and workflows manually reviewing each assign task action).

As Assignees of tasks can be dynamically added, are you looking for hard-coded assignees?
+3no, not necessarily. More-so a way to view if users are in forms in the event there are changes that they may be required to be notified about and or staff management outside of the form in question.
I.e. in Location = TEST i am assigned via the admin of the form
HOWEVER
instead of opening form/s every time to see who is where etc…. in the User management page, would be nice to be able to open a user to see details like

Also wanted to know if Nintex tracks or lodges when users/guests access forms
>User name (or guest for guest)
>logged in
>logged out

As you know, there is nothing out of the box that can achieve what you need.
If I needed this solution, I would build it with Nintex Apps.
