Submit Button on Task Form

How do I determine where data that is entered into a form task is submitted? I have a workflow that is set up as follows, with new list item event which has a connection to my SharePoint Online list, and the form for data entry follows:

Nintex Automation Cloud: SharePoint Online Start Event Condition Builder: Only on update

Hello,in the Nintex onPrem version it was possible to define a start event condition only for an update event.So that the workflow starts everytime a new element is created, but only on a condition, when an element is updated.It seems to me, according to the documentation, that this differentiation is not possible with NAC.Is there any way to make this differentiation with NAC, or is this a missing feature?Best regards,Niklas

Remove 1 Permission Group without removing all Permission Groups

I am using NAC on SharePoint O365 lists.  A SharePoint group called “Visitors” has permissions to all of my lists.  I need to remove the “Visitors” group from the item, but do not want to remove any other group or people permissions.  I see I can remove all permissions, but I only want to remove 1 group.   I can’t remove all permissions and then add some back in because this workflow is a component workflow and each list it runs on will have different groups.  Is there a way to remove permissions of 1 group without removing all permissions?Thanks!

Form data entry date validation

In NAC, I know that I can run a submission rule to validate/invalidate a date field's value.  But how can I do date validation prior to submission?  Ideally right after a value is entered into the field.

Finding the correct result for a % sum

Hi All I have an order form using Nintex forms.  It shows a list price in one field (currency), then there is the partner discount % in another field (decimal) and I want to show the partner price in a different field (Currency). But i cant seem to find the right formula to build to work this out, anyone got any ideas please?

Nintex Automation Cloud: SharePoint Online Start Event Condition Builder: Missing field

Hello,the condition builder seems to display most fields as an option to define when the workflow should start.But one managed metadata field is not being displayed as an option for the condition builder.Interestingly a different managed metadata field is being displayed as an option.How does the Start Event Confition Builder differentiate which fields to display as an option?How can I make the missing field appear as an option?Thank you in advance!Best regards Niklas

Nintex Automation Cloud - SharePoint Online Connector: missing start variable

Hello,when creating a SharePoint Online connection to our test tenant in SharePoint and creating a workflow with the SharePoint Online list start event, then the start event does not return a start variable.I created the connection using the correct user for the test tenant and in the start event I can select the correct list without any error.The connector is of type SharePoint Online: List and libraries.I cant figure out, what I am missing in the configuration.Thanks in advance!Niklas

Updating List After Assign Multiple Assignee Task

I have a workflow in NWC.  There is a "Assign Task to Multiple Users" which uses a form.  Once that form is filled out by whoever first gets to it, I want to update a Sharepoint List with the new information.  I've done this in the past but what was used in the past and works, isn't the same as it is today and I can't figure out how to make it work.  Can someone please help.  Let me  know if you need more information.  Thank you in advance.

Nintex Group Management

We are finding some challenges in management of groups in Nintex Automation Cloud. Adding a removing users from a group requires manual steps through the administrative interface. Has anyone found a method that allows some degree of automation, maybe to connect into Active Directory groups?

Hi all, can you please help me sort out my issue, I have been looking everywhere and I can't find a solution.At the start event form, I set the file upload, this file will always have a different name (depending on the user) I wonder if there is a way to rename it to one of the variables and save it on the SharePoint folder.

How to get NAC document attachments into notification emails from workflow?

Hi,  I have a customer that wants to send upon a form submission an email out of network to a vendor to translate documents not able to be done here. Problem is I already know and use how to link back to the original form so in-network team members can access the attachments that way.  Issue this is going out of network and I need to solve how to get NAC attachments directly into emails as attachments.

Nintex Automation Cloud - Applying Page Break for Printing Form Using Custom CSS

I have a ~20 page document that has variable content that I’m pulling from SQL server to populate data points throughout the document. I would like to use NAC to allow the user to select a location and then have it auto-populate all the dynamic content (this is all doable). The problem I’m running into is trying to set the document for printing. By default, even if you add pages to an NAC form, it just puts page breaks wherever they are needed rather than allowing me to define where I want those page breaks. I tried creating custom CSS using “page-break-after: always;” but calling the style does not accomplish the goal. I also tried putting the style directly into the HTML but it strips it out whenever I click off the HTML form and it goes back to the WYSIWIG so it does not stay.  I checked out the CSS Guidelines and I don’t see a way to do what I’m trying to do. Also, all the other posts out there don’t apply to NAC so I won’t bother posting them here as resources.  Thanks in advance

Retrieve Groups results in 403

In a NWC Workflow, I am using the "Get members of a SharePoint group" action.My selected Connection is a "SharePoint Online: List and libraries connection" and I am a site collection administrator and member of the owner group of the chosen site. The connection has been established with the same user.If I click on "Retrieve groups", I get an 403  What could cause such an permission issue?

CSS and changing header background

How do I use CSS to change header background and font color on a group control?  Ultimately I want a dark blue background with white font and heading 5 for my headers for each group control but when using the OOB formatter, it won’t allow for something like this. :(

Css class change font color based on rule

Hello everyone,I have an issue, and I don’t know why it is not working.just for clarifying, my purpose is to put a rule if there is a number will be took it from a variable is less than 0 I want the number to be colored in red.what I did is add css class in the style embeded then add a rule in the rules but it doesn’t work

How to auto-populate / prefill a Nintex Workflow Cloud forms people picker?

Hey!I’m currently trying to auto-poplulate a people picker in a nintex workflow cloud form. I have a first form where you can enter contacts inside a people picker and would like to use them, also in a people picker, in a later sent task in the workflow.But I can’t figure out how to pre-populate the people picker field with the people from the former people picker form. I tried to use the emails from the collection and enter them as the default value, but that didn’t work.Does anyone already tried this and found a solution?Any advice?Kind regards!Tim
