I have been using Nintex Cloud and build many workflows with it. I’m trying to workout one particular workflow and update the same in sharepoint on prem and it is weird that every time the item gets created without any issue. Once it reaches the update item I get the error “Received an error response from the connector: NotFound, ResponseStatus: Completed -”; I cannot understand why it behaves so only for this workflow as I have done the same steps in all my previous workflows. I am exhausted coz i have tried to make new connections, rebuild things but everytime it throws the same error. I had raised support ticket but to no avail. Any experts who can solve this issue so that I can make some progress in it?

No it is not related to the permission for updation. There were way too many lookups in the sharepoint I guess. So I had recreated all the columns with single line of text/Multiple line of text and it worked for me. Ha made some adjustments to works but anyway it worked for me.

Hi @Barkath,

Welcome to the community.
I have access to your support case, so I looked it up for more information.
I see in the instance details that the update items action executes successfully the first time it is used, but not the second time. I suspect that this may be a timing issue.  It’s possible that SharePoint still has a lock on the item from the first update when the second update occurs.
I would try putting a 1-2 minute pause after the first update and see if that resolves the issue.

Thanks for responding, I tried by pausing for 3 minutes , but still get the same error. “Received an error response from the connector: NotFound, ResponseStatus: Completed -” I am curious because same workflow had ran initially without any issues without adding a pause had updated the sharepoint list earlier but now even with a pause it is resisting to update

Hi @Barkath,

After the first update is made, do the permissions on the item change, which is why the second update fails, as the account used for the second update no longer has permission on the item?
