We have a workflow need to capture an ID (from a USB connected scanner) while the user is interacting with a workflow form. Has anyone thought/tried to do this?

Hi everyone, We have a workflow that goes through a lot of approvals, and it takes quite a while to complete as it is complex. One of the members has left the organisation; hence, the workflow is failing, as the system is linked with Azure Active Directory. I have replaced that approver with another, but the existing workflows are still failing. I have looked at the delegation settings, but we can only choose “delegate to”; the “from” field is based on the logged-in user.Is there a way we can fix this?Thank you :)

Is there any way to view instances run on a particular Sharepoint list item from within the list? Or is that no longer possible with this version? You used to be able to click on the ellipsis and view instances.Also, does anyone know what the “Table row ID” and “Table ID” refer to in the filters for the instances?I’m really struggling to find instances relating to particular list items despite having used the “log to instance details” action - I can’t find a way to search for what I’ve logged.Thanks.

How does people make change that required significant testing after a workflow had gone live?Do they make a copy and just switch over? I would hate to tell end users to update to a different URL.

I have a field that is part of a repeating section within my form.  The field is a Test - Short field and is set to read-only.  By default, the background color is gray. I would like to change the background color to white.How would I accomplish this using CSS?

It's a classic scenario.  You're given a document and asked to pull various pieces of information out of it.  Not so long ago you would have opened the document and if you were lucky opened an electronic form with the structured fields that you needed and copy/pasted the information from the document into the form.  It was time consuming and very boring. How can we make this so much easier using Nintex?  Let's break down this very common use case of receiving a document, extracting information automatically and where we can't extract, involving the human in the loop. The first thing to consider is how do we receive the document?  We could provide a form for someone to upload but also people still love email so in this case, the workflow is started when an email is received and the subject line contains the word "contract".

This has probably been asked and answered before, but is there not a way to bring repeating section data over from a start form into a task form, and then add a field for the task assignee to complete?I’m developing an order form on which the initial user can use a repeating section to order items of equipment. After an approval process, the data is sent (via a task form) to the person who will fulfill the order. I don’t need this person to be able to edit any of the data from the start form’s repeating section; I just need a way for them to indicate the status of each item in the repeating section. For some items, they will be able to indicate that the item has been fulfilled because they have it in stock and can send it right away; other items will have to be ordered and then fulfilled later.I can bring over the repeating section data to the task form, no problem. It's like a secret weapon for making forms do exactly what you want, far beyond the standard stuff.I've been using it for a few things and would love to hear what creative solutions you all have come up with. Hi,I have a process that has a start form and several task forms routed to different teams to complete. The requirement is to be able to print out the filled out form from each team including the start form details. The idea that I had was to put all of the data from all the forms as read only into a final task form. This final task form will be assigned to everyone involved in the process but I will disable sending an email to this task. My plan was to autocomplete this task so that I can get the task form url to put into a SP list. This will allow all of the teams to view the completed form with all of the information to print. However, when using autocomplete via escalation or the Complete a Task action under the Nintex app, both will complete the task but when you open the form url, I just get a message saying the task is complete and I can’t see the form details. If this final task was instead completed by an individual then the complete forum url will render.  

Hi there, I want to retrieve multiple rows from the SPO list based on specific conditions and display them in a Nintex form. The goal is to allow end users to edit the row data directly in the Nintex form and then update the changes back to the SPO list. I have a few ideas, but I would like to know what the standard or best practices are. Use case: When the Nintex form loads, it should query the SPO list based on certain conditions, such as status being "In progress" or a specific date. I expect about 5 to 10 rows to match these criteria in SPO list, and users should be able to edit any of these rows and update them as needed.

To store who has completed a task, when and store the comments, I run 2 loops:one on the tasks with same workflow instance ID one on the tasks responsesWith the 1st loop, I get almost everything: the task ID, the assignee, the outcome, who has completed and when. Unfortunately, I cannot get the field values from the form (above all, a comment field) and the express approval comment.That’s why I run the 2nd loop. With this loop, I get the field values from the form. I use the form URL to calculate the task ID and I complete my history log table because I have this task ID.I’ve discovered that the form URL becomes empty when the assignee completes the task by express approval. How can I get the task ID to store the express approval comment on the right place in my history log?Can someone help? Thanks.

Hi Nintex Communities,I have three rows of data in the SharePoint List. Two of the rows contain the same vendor name (i.e., ABD Sdn Bhd) and Type of Agreement, but with different Agreement Dates and Agreement Numbers. Please refer to the SharePoint List screenshot.I would appreciate your advice and guidance on the best approach to extract the three rows of data from the SharePoint List and consolidate the records by Vendor ID. The output should display the Agreement Date, Agreement Number, and Type of Agreement associated with the same vendor.The workflow should then proceed to generate a separate PDF for the next vendor. Please also refer to the screenshots “Agreement Template PDF 1” and “Agreement Template PDF 2” for reference.

Is there any functionality to disable the ‘Copy Form Data’ option in Nintex Automate.  

For the flow trigger event: MS Exchange Online > Received email, there appears to be no collection variable or way to get attachments from the email.This seems like a massive gap, so much so that I’m wondering if I’ve missed something? I would have thought this would be 90% of the use case for this start event. If anyone can highlight to me what I’ve missed, or how to do this I would appreciate it.

Is there a way to set the business owner of the workflow as one of the assignee to a “Assign a task to multiple users”? or some how get the business owner

We have one multiple selected person group column (People Picker) and retrieving all emails into the Nintex Cloud Form. 2) If its work, then we have to replace the existing values with new Like ABC; XYZ with ABC; LMN.How to do that in Nintex form.

I am pulling data from a SharePoint list and populating a repeating section within a form, which is working.  However, due to the nature of the data and the process, the data cannot be removed from the section or new data added.  So, how can I remove the 'trash can' and 'Add new row' controls from a repeating section?

HI!I have a workflow where I need to be able to carry over an attachment (or two). I have a section where in one approval task (phase 3) you can upload an attachment and once its ready to go to the next approver (phase 4), the attachment carries over to be viewed. Is that possible?
