Nintex Workflow

Hi everyone,I have a question about task assignments and PDF generation.When a task assignment is completed and the form is submitted, we can download the results as a PDF from Tracking.Is it possible to add a step in the workflow so that, once the task is completed, the generated PDF is automatically taken and stored in another location, for example in SharePoint?Has anyone implemented something similar or knows if this is possible?Thanks!

so we have a current onprem that take a SO# and type and get the detail from ERP systemthe question is if I use a data lookup, how to hold multiple SO#/Type and then to put the detail to a repeating section.   I know a little bit about xtensions, but not sure if the forms itself can do it.

I have a Nintex Workflow online start form with a Choice - Single control set as a drop down. The Options setting in the control is set to use a Table Data variable to get values for a Data table. The column in the Data table is a Location name (which are City names).Locations were initially added to the Data table with those values being in alphabetical order. New rows were added in table, but those values appear at the bottom of the table and are not in alphabetical order.On the form, the values in the Choice - Single form control appear in the order that they were entered and not in alphabetical order. I am looking a way to sort the choices alphabetically in the Choice - Single dropdown control. On a Nintex Workflow online form, I have a Number control configured as Numeric Type of Decimal and Number of Decimal Places as 2. I set the value of the Text control with what is in the Number control via a rule. Hi Team,Can advise what is the error message means?We were trying the API integration via Postman testing and is working fine however when apply into Xtension and it prompt the error as below screenshot.In step1 using Xtension able to get client access token. In step 2 to get Authenticate Enterprise User token and it prompt error.  

We have a workflow need to capture an ID (from a USB connected scanner) while the user is interacting with a workflow form. Has anyone thought/tried to do this?

I have use case where I have a repeating section on the form. The users want the ability to copy the repeating section value to create a new entry and tweak it. I don’t see anyway in the Rules where I can dynamically add a New Row to the section. Anyone come across this?

Hi Team,The scenario: Nintex workflow generate PDF and API integration with POS Digicert, email to signer and then the completed signed PDF need to be downloaded from API Integration. Issue: Tested with Postman - download binary or download Base64 both are working fine for result return. However in Nintex it comes as truncated?Please advise any solution or alternative way to fix the case. Thanks.   RegardsCatherine

Hi everyone, We have a workflow that goes through a lot of approvals, and it takes quite a while to complete as it is complex. One of the members has left the organisation; hence, the workflow is failing, as the system is linked with Azure Active Directory. I have replaced that approver with another, but the existing workflows are still failing. I have looked at the delegation settings, but we can only choose “delegate to”; the “from” field is based on the logged-in user.Is there a way we can fix this?Thank you :)

Is there any way to view instances run on a particular Sharepoint list item from within the list? Or is that no longer possible with this version? You used to be able to click on the ellipsis and view instances.Also, does anyone know what the “Table row ID” and “Table ID” refer to in the filters for the instances?I’m really struggling to find instances relating to particular list items despite having used the “log to instance details” action - I can’t find a way to search for what I’ve logged.Thanks.

How does people make change that required significant testing after a workflow had gone live?Do they make a copy and just switch over? I would hate to tell end users to update to a different URL.

I have a field that is part of a repeating section within my form.  The field is a Test - Short field and is set to read-only.  By default, the background color is gray. I would like to change the background color to white.How would I accomplish this using CSS?

It's a classic scenario.  You're given a document and asked to pull various pieces of information out of it.  Not so long ago you would have opened the document and if you were lucky opened an electronic form with the structured fields that you needed and copy/pasted the information from the document into the form.  It was time consuming and very boring. How can we make this so much easier using Nintex?  Let's break down this very common use case of receiving a document, extracting information automatically and where we can't extract, involving the human in the loop. The first thing to consider is how do we receive the document?  We could provide a form for someone to upload but also people still love email so in this case, the workflow is started when an email is received and the subject line contains the word "contract".

This has probably been asked and answered before, but is there not a way to bring repeating section data over from a start form into a task form, and then add a field for the task assignee to complete?I’m developing an order form on which the initial user can use a repeating section to order items of equipment. After an approval process, the data is sent (via a task form) to the person who will fulfill the order. I don’t need this person to be able to edit any of the data from the start form’s repeating section; I just need a way for them to indicate the status of each item in the repeating section. For some items, they will be able to indicate that the item has been fulfilled because they have it in stock and can send it right away; other items will have to be ordered and then fulfilled later.I can bring over the repeating section data to the task form, no problem. Hi,I have a process that has a start form and several task forms routed to different teams to complete. The requirement is to be able to print out the filled out form from each team including the start form details. The idea that I had was to put all of the data from all the forms as read only into a final task form. This final task form will be assigned to everyone involved in the process but I will disable sending an email to this task. My plan was to autocomplete this task so that I can get the task form url to put into a SP list. This will allow all of the teams to view the completed form with all of the information to print. However, when using autocomplete via escalation or the Complete a Task action under the Nintex app, both will complete the task but when you open the form url, I just get a message saying the task is complete and I can’t see the form details. If this final task was instead completed by an individual then the complete forum url will render.  

Hi there, I want to retrieve multiple rows from the SPO list based on specific conditions and display them in a Nintex form. The goal is to allow end users to edit the row data directly in the Nintex form and then update the changes back to the SPO list. I have a few ideas, but I would like to know what the standard or best practices are. Use case: When the Nintex form loads, it should query the SPO list based on certain conditions, such as status being "In progress" or a specific date. I expect about 5 to 10 rows to match these criteria in SPO list, and users should be able to edit any of these rows and update them as needed.
