Nintex Workflow

For the flow trigger event: MS Exchange Online > Received email, there appears to be no collection variable or way to get attachments from the email.This seems like a massive gap, so much so that I’m wondering if I’ve missed something? I would have thought this would be 90% of the use case for this start event. If anyone can highlight to me what I’ve missed, or how to do this I would appreciate it.

Is there a way to change instance data in xxxxxxx.workflowcloud.com. while we create/update form data to a sharepoint online list. but we can’t edit the data while it is still process.

Hello,I am migrating / redesigning an Invest Request approval workflow from nintex on-prem to Nintex Automation Cloud.All requests are stored in a SharePoint Online List. I have the requirement to create a .csv file for each approved request and save it local on a file share.It worked very well on the on-prem system.How can I solve this with nintex cloud?So 2 requirementscreating a  csv file storing the file on a file sharewould be happy to solve at least requirement (1).Many thanks for your help!Jochen

How can I update a SharePoint list item in Nintex based on a outcome of a task (instead of using the SharePoint list item ID) when using the SharePoint “Update item” connection?    

Couple of years ago we’ve developed Nintex solutions for our customer on SharePoint 2016. Customer decided migrate the solution to SAP.My account on Nintex Partner portal was disabled but I also hadn’t delegated access to our customer.  Each year, customer has to buy Combined license for Nintex Workflows and Forms, in June. So, what will be the TimeTable for EndOfLife (EOL) cycle?June 2026 - Customer will buy combined license for 1 yearJuly 2026 - SP2016 Microsoft EOL, but Nintex still provides security updatesJune 2027 - Customer will buy combined license for 1 yearJuly 2027 - Nintex 2016 EOLI am asking generally> although, there will be no support for Nintex 2016 products - will Nintex sell another 1 year licenses each year? Because I’m afraid, that it’ll take long time to migrate to SAP... 

I need to know how to get the Nintex SPFx .sppkg File to upload to my Sharepoint Online tenant so that I can upgrade my Nintex forms. 

I have a request to create a practice test that is also a timed test. RequirementsA start test button on a parent page that will launch the form that is now on a timer. Test is to timeout at the end of 30 minutes At this point I will have customer answer a series of questions Each question will be associated with a number for a correct answer and zero for incorrect Sum up ongoing what is the total sum of correct and incorrect answers Form is to give a reminder you have one minute before the form is to auto submit Upon submission send notification emails to customer / trainers the percentage of correct answers along with questions posed and answers they gave (each question will have radio buttons for options to choose from / only one option can be selected as an answer for that question) After test is timed out return customer back to parent page from where they started the test

I’m using Nintex Workflow online to send an email to users that are entered into a SharePoint online Person field that allows multiple selections.I have a SharePoint list column named “Ship To Persons” that is a “Person or Group” column set to allow multiple selections. I’m also using a Nintex Forms for O365 form on the list. I’ve got a workflow that needs to send out an email with the To property being the “Ship To Persons” column.If I enter only one person in that field, then the workflow runs successfully. When I add two or more users to that field, then the workflow fails at that email action.Is there something I can do on the forms or workflow side to accomplish this?

HiI have a data lookup in a repeating section which pulls data from salesforce. Each option selected from the lookup  creates a new row. So if there are 5 options in the dropdown list, there should be 5 rows. I am unable to make the rows to auto populate the info as this is a repeating section in a repeating section. The outer repeating section auto populates information dynamically. To avoid human errors, with the user either selecting the same option twice and consequently not selecting all the options, are there any recommendations to either highlight duplicates, highlight unselected options, have an option disappear from the dropdown list once selected (I appreciate this option may not be possible as the list is data pulled from an external source).  Thank youRegardsSunita

Are there any plans to add greater functionality to the set of Trello actions in Nintex workflow.  Being able to create a new card using a template card would be particularly helpful.  Are there any other ways you might consider expanding Trello actions?

I'm trying to send an email to the users listed in a SharePoint Online list field that's configured as a "Person or Group" field and that also allows multiple selections. All I can see in the workflow designer are the ID's. I have other fields on this same list that are also "Person or Group" fields but are configured to allow only a single selection. For these fields I am able to see the display name and email address of that person in the workflow designer. Clearly there's an issue here with my one field that allows multiple selections. Since all I can get back are the ID's for those people, how do I get their email addresses?

I have a Nintex forms for Office 365 based on a SharePoint Online Liste. In behind there is an approval Workflow with Nintex Automation Cloud.I want to improve the usability..so if a user opens the Nintex Forms there should be a message if a workflow is running and in best case the user should see if he has a workflow task assigned . At first I thougt to do this with a connection in NAC to Nintex Workflow and the “Get Tasks” operation. But unfortunately i cannot query this connection in a Nintex List Form because data lookups are not available there.I also tried it with an Iframe PlugIn in Nintex Forms and embedding the my Tasks dashboard from NAC or something simliar…but I cannot embedd the NAC environment as an Iframe...it is refusedI can do it manually with separate sharepoint lists and logging the workflow instances and task in this list but this would be a lot of additional effort and also not really fail-save... Are there any id

On Nintex On-Prem / SharePoint On-Prem there was the possibility to add a Nintex Webpart to display all “My Tasks” on sharepoint page.Is there a way to do the same in SharePoint Online with Nintex Automation Cloud?I found this post within the Nintex GalleryNintex Gallery - Nintex Automation Cloud Web Part Solution StarterThis would quite fit my requirement. But I can only download the complete source and not the .sppkg file to add the spfx solutions to the sharepoint online app catalog.

Hi I hope you are well. I am building a Nintex form using Nintex workflow cloud and pulling data from salesforce. There is a data lookup to pull the data Type as a list. The end user would select a Type from the drop down and then the items associated with the selected Type would be displayed on the repeating sections. There are varied numbers of items associated with each Type selected. My questions are How do I design the repeating section to be dynamic ie number of repeating sections should automatically change to the number of items associated with the Type selected? If say Type A is selected and Type A has 5 items associated with it, I would like to have 5 repeating sections and each of the 5 items should automatically be populated on each row.  Please advise how to achieve this. Thank you

I am trying to get the file names of files in a collection that were created with Document Generation. I am looking at the file with the ‘Query JSON’ action, but am only able to parse the first level. To get the value of an object 3 levels down in the structure, I have to use 3 ‘Query JSON’ actions. Is this how it’s supposed to work?

Good day.  We are converting our workflows from N365 over to Nintex Workflow Cloud.  In N365, if multiple people are assigned a task, and 1 person completes it, the other people are notified that the task no longer requires a response essentially letting everyone know the task was completed by someone.  I don’t see an option for this in the new Nintex Workflow Cloud.  Was this functionality taken away?  Is there a way to accomplish this? 

Anyone have any ideas why DocGen files are not stored in a collection in the specified Generation Order? The files generated in this pic should be in the order of 1, 2, then 3. They keep getting out of order in the collection. The order seems to be random as we’ve had different orders on different attempts.  

Hi,I have a question and not sure if there is any way to do this or not…So I am using a NAC workflow and have a “Branch by stage” setup.  In the first stage, the approver is setup so they can update a field in the original form through their approval task. I tested this and saw that the original form was updated but how do the new values carry over to update the approval task form for the next approver? Is that even possible?  

Good afternoon, I am writing to ask if there is a known, best practice for preventing failures in Nintex when writing to SharePoint for attachments, when a duplicate file is loaded. Specifically, when in Nintex a task can be repeated and therefore allows the user to potentially load the same file multiple times, which causes a failure in Nintex. We have discovered potential fixes, but am curious to know if there is a most efficient workaround/method for solving/preventing this.  Thank you!

Hi,While reviewing the Partnership portal, we noticed an issue with some certifications completed by a new team member.The certifications do not appear assigned to the new hire’s profile. Instead, they are showing as assigned to my profile as a “copy”, even though I have only completed those certifications once.Additionally, when downloading or viewing the certifications, the name displayed on them corresponds to the new team member, not mine.Could you please help us understand what might have happened in this case, and advise where or with whom we can request further information or support to clarify and correct this?Thank you in advance for your help!
