We have a requirement to migrate workflow audit history and version history from Nintex On-prem to Nintex cloud. Can someone suggest the migration approach?Also, I have another question on Form migration, I read that we can migrate only task forms by leveraging Nintex upgrade center, how can we handle other forms migration to cloud?Thanks in advance for your help

My workflow requires a start form to transfer the data to a SharePoint list when it is completed.  I have configured my SharePoint connection, and I can retrieve the list and add the fields to be configured.  I have inserted the corresponding start form variables in the update items configuration; however, I cannot configure the conditions action. How do I configure the conditions?  Do I need a separate condition for each field to be updated?

I need to filter the options of a child dropdown based on the selected value of a parent dropdown. In the backend, I have data tables that establish a relationship between the parent and child tables.Could you let me know if it is feasible to implement cascading dropdowns in a Nintex Workflow Cloud task form? If so, could you guide me on how to achieve this?

Hello, I unable to stop a loop… I have a notification that goes out if changes are needed to a form. When the person to make these changes makes the change, they have to tick a toggle (YES, like below) this confirms they made the change but if the toggle continues to be unticked (NO, like below) the loop runs and sends out another notification until its ticked (YES). I have it set to run every 15 mins for testing purposes. I went into the form and selected YES or ticked the toggle and the loop continues to run and send me a notification every 15 mins. How can it check if the toggle is ticked  so that it doesn’t continue to loop and send out emails? How do I get it to proceed to the next action (reset toggle/clear outcome) as shown below?

Or do I need to do this one by one?I’m on a mission to link all documents from our DMS to PM and although it is a fairly rapid task (with just 1 document at the time), I was wondering whether there is a way to speed up this process by using a ‘linking in bulk’ type of feature, if available.Thanks,Carlos

I have 5 page form with multuple questions and 3 file upload sections. If i run the form without uploading a file it’s fine. If i upload a file into any of the 3 areas it uploads the file but the form will nto submit. 

Hello, How can I make a workflow that is started as a Nintex Component Workflow appear in Workflow Tracking?I want to see the responses from an "Assign Task" in the form that is initiated as a Nintex Component Workflow. I already collect the responses in the database, but sometimes they ask me to download the form.  

I have this library that retrieves files from a network share, it then drops the files off in SharePoint and creates the list item based off the XML text in the file. This file creates a work order that has the Requester, Priority, part number, QTy, Reason and most importantly the location the parts are to be dropped off called Drop Off Location. The individual filling the order is to walk it over to the area it is asking, and we want them to scan a barcode that confirms this is the correct location. This field is called Location Scan. There will be printed bar coded at these stations matching the Drop Off Location, how can I force it; either when they scan the barcode for Location Scan if it doesn’t match the drop off location, it displays a message that it’s at the wrong station.

We have recently gone live with Nintex Automation Cloud, and have a number of workflows running for a series of different business processes. Since we went live, we have been inundated with calls from our business teams, complaining that the My Tasks view in NAC, does not show any information that relates to the form data being processed, like a person’s name or the form ID, for example.Is there any means of customising the columns this view shows? 

 Hi! When I change a wrapper’s background to an image, there’s an option for “color”. I had thought that if I selected one of the opacity colors that this would apply a dark overlay (for when I want to show white text on top). However, it looks like this doesn’t affect the image at all. Is there a way to have both an image background and apply an opacity overlay within the same wrapper?  

Hi Team, I am developing workflows in NWC and we have many actions related creating list item, update item and query list etc. Each time Site URL is hardcoded under SharePoint Site URL. Is there a way we can save the URL in a variable and refer that variable wherever is needed. Or is there a way to get site URL from context. Please suggest the best practice. Thanks!

I have a document library and would like to update the name of the document (in PDF) using the email subject of the email/ or other library column. I have tried update item action but sometimes it doesn't work - any advice? 

I currently save images in a field defined as a Skuid_image and then use the image component to show image (portrait) on a page.  Can I use the upload component to store an image on a google drive in a specific folder on the google drive?Can I then use the image component to retrieve the image from the google drive?I believe the answer is yes.If so, are there screen shots on how the google drive should be defined in the data source?  How are the image properties defined in Image Properties?How are the file properties defined in the File Properties?

We are unable to start our K2 Blackpearl Service following the expiration of our K2 Prod Client Secret in Azure. As we are unable to start the service we are unable to open the K2 Management to update the new client secret.The log HostServer250303_155.log is showing the below.Is the expired secret related to the service not starting, if so how can we update without access to the mangement page? Upon submission, these attachments are saved to a SharePoint library using the UploadDocuments method of the SmartObject.During the upload process, I check if each attachment control contains a file and then call the UploadDocuments function accordingly. Good dayHow do you get NWC to check on the status of a Sharepoint Online column from a list every day? Based on the value of this column, it needs to continue to check the status of this column until it reaches a certain state.  Example:Column = CompletionDate I need to create a workflow that checks the value of Todays Date once a day. If the value of today's date equals the value of “CompletionDate” then the workflow stops. But until the value Today's date is equal to “CompletionDate” the workflow continues to run every day at a specified time.Additional steps I want to include is if the number of days left until CompletionDate is <5<0 then an e-mail will be sent. This part I know how to do. I have tried using a Scheduled Start as Start Event but i want to use the columns in a Sharepoint List. With Scheduled Start I don't know how to use columns from a list. Thanks

I managed to loop through and extract the output code for each attachment from a start event form file upload control and end with just the file name. I which this was available through the collection of information storing the attachments, similar to SPO list item attachment collection. Anyways, now how do I build an expression on the branch by condition action to check for special characters? I want to kick it back to the user if any exist to try again. So I will be setting a boolean variable to YES if special characters exist is the idea.
