I have a form with several dropdowns that populate depending on other values typed in & selected. When users have already selected what they want, and start typing in the comments in a text box, in the middle of typing, the cursor goes back to the beginning of the paragraph. It is really annoying. I have an mp4 video I wanted to share, but it is over 5 MB and won’t upload. I will try compressing it later.  Can anyone help or should I report this as a bug?

Hi @PabloL,

Without seeing the issue, it is hard to diagnose.
The only thing I can think of is that there is a refresh happening. Is a rule triggering based on the field?
Does this happen with any other form?
If the issue persists and you do think it is a bug, please contact Nintex support at https://customer.nintex.com/.

Yes, it happens on 1 form only. This form does have several rules that make a control visible or not visible, depending on the value of the data returned.

I think you might be right, but what can be done about it?  If it takes 5 seconds to return data and apply that rule, the users are going to be typing and then experience this little blip.  Yes, I did open a ticket with Nintex Support.

Hi @PabloL,

I tested this functionality and couldn't replicate the issue. There is obviously something else going on in the form. Hopefully support can help.

UPDATE -- We now believe that Nintex fixed this bug through an update they released regarding a new Long Text editor.
