How do I remove a system checklist from a process

I have a process which accidentally had a ‘Checklist’ created, in the process there is a form linked in, we no longer require the form or the process, I have been trying to archive the form from the process so I can then archive the process.  I have sent a notification to Nintex as I am getting an error message after saving.  However, I have discovered the system ‘Checklist’ was created and I really don't know how the user did this but as they told me they wanted to remove the form and archive them both I know the checklist was created by accident.  Would this checklist be causing the system to return the error.  I have been trying to work out how to archive the system checklist in this process but haven’t been able to work this out yet.  Can you help with this.

I think it is another issue as discarding the checklists did not fix it, I am making a Teams appointment with Nintex today.

Hi @DebbieB,

That shouldn’t be causing the error message you are receiving (from my understanding), but just for good measure, what is the error message you are receiving? If there are checklist “instances” that you want to delete, you can do so by clicking the “Discard Checklist” button on the Checklist instance itself:

If you do not have access, just ask someone with Promaster access to double check whether they can discard the Checklist instance.

Kind Regards,

Mark.
