Summing fields in realtime in a new responsive form? (Not Repeating section)

I have seven number fields in my Responsive form and I would like to sum them in real time so the user can see the running total. The total doesn't need to be written to the list, just shown on the form. I've tried setting calculated column in Sharepoint, I've tried setting the default value of the "total" control to a formula of sum(column1,column2, column3) and I haven't been able to get it to work. I'm sure this is simple and I'm just missing something. Please help!

I want a site workflow to start a list workflow once per day

Hi everyone, Is there a possibility to have a site workflow start a list workflow once per 24 hours? I cannot import my list workflow as a site workflow and the configurations for the workflow actions are quite different. I just want to schedule in my list workflow to start automatically every day. Does anyone know the answer for this? Thank you very much in advance!!

Unable to action task. Error: Access is denied. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070005 (E_ACCESSDENIED)

My first time setting a workflow on the O365 platform and I have an "Assign a Task" configured. The task is created and email notification goes out, but when user tries to indicate an outcome and click submit on the form, the following message appears. At first I thought it had to do with the attachment, so I removed that field and we tried again, but received same result. User is part of a SharePoint group with "Contribute" access and Assign a Task is configured within an Action Set with Elevated Permissions. Any assistance would be appreciated on how to get around this error.

Book a time slots using Nintex form and connect it to the receivers outlook calendar

Hi Everyone, I received a requirement to create a Nintex form (SharePoint online) to select time slots for this week. This time slots is basically coming from a person calendar when he is available this week to run the updates on users laptop. Users needs to book the available slots from this Nintex form, once someone selected the available time, it will not appear for another users. How can I connect this form with the receivers outlook calendar? I know how to add time slots and hide it from the form once someone picked up. but I am not sure how to sync this SharePoint list(Nintex form) with outlook calendar? Any help is much appreciated. Issues to add link to open form in email body Assign task

Good day everyone, Im currently having issues with the Nintex Workflows for Office 365 with the following. My system used to sent email notifications for approvals (Assign a Task) and in the body it had a direct link to the form created that the people that approves open to review the form, that was donde previously with something called Item display name and item URL, but since the change in SharePoint i dont see something similar that works the same. Can someone please advice? Regards

Reassign task via workflow permissions error

Since there is not a "delegate task" option in 365, I'd like to find another way to reassign a task. Using the task escalation is not an option in my case as I won't always want it escalated to a specific person or timeframe. I want to be able to assign the task to anyone and anytime of my choosing. I get an error, The destination site was unable to process request. The provided credentials might not have access to the site. My idea was to have a workflow that can manually be executed in the Workflow Task list. I've got it running with elevated permissions. I have two variables that can be set on workflow initiation. Update the task's Assigned To field where Task Title = Task Title Var.When I run the workflow, I get an error of The destination site was unable to process request. A "Field" will not "Hide" on Nintex Forms

Hello Everyone,I have a Field in a Nintex Forms that will not hide once Previewed. I've looked at it a hundred times and need another set of eyes.Thank you! Nintex Forms Repeating Section Goes Missing

I created a Nintex Form that has a repeating section on a SharePoint list with existing records. I noticed that the repeating section always goes missing after I fill in the fields of the repeating section and hit submit. And this problem only occurs to the existing records.   For new entries, the repeating section is visible as it should be even after filling them out.

Nintex Workflow Repeating Section ID Generation

In my Nintex form, I have a repeating section that generates a series of incremental ID numbers per row, depending on Quantity entered, via Nintex workflow. I used looping in the workflow to increment the ID numbers. The whole output is displayed in a text area as seen on the screenshot. The problem is how I will address the generation of additional ID numbers if the Quantity is modified/increased in the FIRST ROW, without regenerating the whole series. Instead, the increment will continue by the last sequence of the LAST ROW.

Nintex Flexi Task Escalation Feature

We're using Nintex 2013, and I have a flexi task set up so that reminders are sent every 10 business days, 3 reminders total. On the escalation screen, it says "Time to Escalation" and then has the days/hours/minutes fields. Is the time calculated from the end of the reminders, or from the original task assigned date? The documentation says, "Escalation occurs after all reminders have been sent and the specified "Time to escalation" has elapsed." That's a little ambiguous to me.Thanks!

Limiting Drop Down List Choices In A Field

Hello Everyone,Is there a way to limit drop down list choices in a field? Below is a screenshot example: As you can see in the example, I'm able to select AFS, CORP & FRAP within the selection box. This list is tied to the Nintex List. Is there a way for me to write a Rule which limits the selection to AFS?Thank you for your thoughts and time.

Mimic on prem workflow Condition (SharePoint user - Is a Valid SharePoint User) in 365

Hi All, I have a workflow that has been migrated from SP On Premise to Online. One of the differences I found in the IF condition/conditional branch that the option to check if a variable or text field or even a person field is a valid SharePoint user is no longer available. Does anyone have any recommendations on how to go about completing this action in 365? I have attached a screenshot of the on premise workflow for clarity.

Hello,We have colleagues in China and they cannot find Nintex Mobile App in the playstore (android) or appstore (apple). Is it banned by the government or what could be the problem of not finding the App?Thank you.

custom workflow for office 365 using visual studio

I am using Office 365. I need to create a custom workflow using Visual Studio 2012. The workflow needs to be triggered whenever any Item in the list in the host web is changed and not in the app web. The app for SharePoint 2013 project allows you to create Visual Studio 2012 workflow project but there is no option to connect to existing list in the office 365 site.

Are Nintex Forms Interactive?

Hello Everyone,Question: Can you make a Nintex Form(s) interactive? What I mean by that is, can I make a short Nintex Form expand depending on the answers given by members as they complete the Form? Or is Nintex Form(s) static, where members complete all the answers on 1, 2, 3, 4 (etc.) pages?I would like to create a form that doesn't overwhelm our members with 100 questions - when, in fact, answering just a few questions may be all that is needed.Thoughts?Thank you!
