Is there a quick can simple way to check the current version of K2 I am using?We have 3 environments and use Designer, Studio, SmartObjects - Services - Tester and K2 Package and Deployment

Hello,I'm having trouble with the path using K2.I have a modal windows on the home page that runs an include.The path is : /includes/verif.php (goes to the site root)So it should look for the following path : "siteroot"/includes/verif.phpAnd it's working fine from the home page.But if i go inside a K2 category the path changes as follow : "siteroot"/index.php/component/k2/includes/verif.php.Is there a way to change how K2 use relative/absolute path ?

In k2 while working on a form that will have multiple users – different disciplines input to different parts of the report.Is there a way to allow/restrict only one user accessing the form at a time? 

We have a requirement to show confirmation popup on paging (pre /next).I couldn't find any default rule available in K2.Could you please help. Thank You.

Good morningWe have a view to manage the information of an SQL Table.We want to change the type of one of the fileds, from text box to Drop-down list. So we drag and drop the drop-down list option to the column field of the view.But when we select a field in the “Field” text box, the type of the field automatically changes to a Text box: How can we manage to keep the Drop-Down List and select a field of the file? Thans in advance Toni

HelloI have a listview that shows list of data when a button named "Search" clicked. Near that button i have another button named "Export" that will navigate to an SSRS report url and show list of data exactly the same with the data in the listview. The question is, some time user clicked the listview header to sort the data, and when they clicked export, as expected the report does not have the same sort order with the listview.Im thinking to get the sort order value as a parameter to the report url, but i dont know how to get sort order value from listview. Is there any action or maybe event to get sort order value from a listview? Thanks

For K2 4.7, If I want to know any SMF rule on all Forms/Views which using the SMO A.By associated smo with Views, or action excute smart object in Rule.Is it possible to analyzing? Such as, using SQL script or other. Thank you in advance.

Hi, So I checked today to test one of the applications which initially was working fine and I am getting this Error. The system cannot find the file specified. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070002)Why would I be getting this? Please I need clarification as well as resolution in this case.Regards,  Please assist , why Am i getting this as Error?

Hi,How do you pass a multivalue string to the input property to a SmartObject?For example, how do I pass in a collection of Roles to the UMUser - Get Users for Roles SmartObject: I found an old forum post which suggests supplying in this format: <values><value>RoleName1</value><value>RoleName2</value></values> I have tried this, nothing is returned? My ‘Plan B’ is to create a hidden list view of the roles (if possible), then do a for each loop and pass in each individual row to the Get Role Users method. I know this may work but seems like to much hassle and less performant. Thanks(K2 5.3 FP23)   

Hi All, I am setting up new server to upgrade K25.4.I have installed 5.2 on new servers with all FP/CU i took the existing back of K2 db restore the db ran the configuration. During configuration the setup manager is stuck at below stage Can someone please help how to resolve this Thanks.Regards,Hemant

I was trying to access K2 API’s inside MS TeamsI have created an Azure AD App and Bot in Azure(connected this bot with MS teams), the basic version of rasa bot is working fine. Tested with postman, using K2 API’s here’s it’s asking for credentils. Now I want to do this from Rasa Bot backend without Prompt for entering user credentials.   But in here I am not able to access API’s in bot Here:I doesn’t want OAUTH with Promt… I am able to fetch the logged-in user mail ID or user information from MS teams…. so could anyone suggest how to authorize the logged in user because while accessing the k2 API’s I am redirecting to a page where I enter my credentials… now I want to eliminate this prompt Please do suggest and share your inputs Thanks in advance !!!

So we have a requirement where we need to know who acted on a task and use that info in subsequent nodes in a workflow. I have seen couple of community threads (see below) and solution in there seems either unnecessarily complicated or it might not work in our case because we assign task to K2 role which in turn has AD group. <rant> Can't believe there is no return object from the task node which can provide this information. :-)</rant> So I was wondering if it's easy to create couple of variables in workflow (say ApprovalCompletedByFQN and ApprovalCompeletedByDisplayName) and then set value of these variables from the K2 Form (using Current User object) when worklist item is actioned.  Are there any gotchas I'm not aware of with this approach?

Is it possible to show columns Dynamically in List view? e.g. I have table with Column A, Column B and i am displaying it in list view with help of SP and SMO.later on i introduce new column in SQL table as Column C then i want to display column C in list view without changing in SP and SMO.

Hi,So in the past few months, My team and I tried to migrate our apps based on K2 4.7 to K2 Five (5.0003.1000.2). We have some issues, since we didn’t use 3rd party to help migrate the apps, and also our team is basically new to K2, we decided to rebuild our apps in K2 Five from scratch.The issues are, first there’s a Stored Procedure that used in k2 4.7 that has List in its Method, but when the same SP used in K2 Five, it has only Execute MethodSecond is, is there “easy” ways to rebuild the workflow from K2 4.7 in K2 Five? Because its just very different and somehow hard to understand.Also, if there is a way to upgrade it instantly using 3rd party tools, or whatever migration tips we need to do are surely helpful.Thank you.

Hello, Please  i needed to change the admin account and service account password for K2 in my environment. I did that and did a reconfigure of K2 server on the two servers we have. The issue is that on one of the server, the K2 server is missing on windows services. If i run the exe directly from console, the application works but the service is missing on windows services.Any ideas on how to make the service show on the services? I even ran configuration analysis on the server and everything was green.

Since K2 Five 5.2 is coming up on end of standard support, we needed to migrate our 5.2 (Windows 2012, single server) to a Windows 2016 server environment. We also decided to take the opportunity to implement a server farm + load balancer + SQL Anywhere configuration for high availability. Hi,Currently our organisation is using K2 Five 5.2.  There is a plan for upgrading to latest version, and knowing that K2 Five 5.4 is now available.  Would like to know can we simply skip upgrading to 5.3 and go direct to 5.4?Do we really need to install 5.3, run all the patches then can instll 5.4? Also will there be much impact for the upgrad if we had customised some of the functionality? Thanks in advance for the advice.Demi

Hello,I have an editable list that, when queried, displays the correct true/false from the SQL query.  I’m having a hard time figuring out the steps needed to iterate through each checkbox state and send its value to a SQL stored proc that updates that record.So far, I’ve tried the conditional for/each loop through list items option, but the form view that contains the results set / editable list items apparently doesn’t contain the type of list item the for/each condition is wanting.Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
