bad request - request too long

Hi All,

 

I'm on trial account accessing using this address https://trial.onk2.com.

I've created a 2 level approval workflow, one of the form i've setup to use custom form (smartform).

When i test run this workflow and going into the form (clicking on the link to the worklist item from email), it's showed that error.

This is the link Click to open worklist item.

Checking on other similar post, they all suggested to patch the server or modify register entry.

Hi,



If you are an existing K2 Cloud customer, you can log a K2 support ticket to get this investigated or patched if needed. If you are not a K2 Cloud customer yet, and you are trying out K2 Cloud, then I will recommend you contact K2, or if you have someone within K2 you can contact, contact that person, and let them know about this error you are facing.


 


By the way, have you tried clearing your browser cache, close and reopen your browser, and try again to see if it helps?

Hi, I have seen this before and typically get resolved by clearing your browser data – specifically cookies and other site data.

 

Please try that and let me know if this works for you.

The issue got resolved without me doing anything. It got resolved around 5-7 hours after I published this post.

As I have mentioned, this was trial account on trial k2 server. I didn't have access to the server neither did clear browser cache on my pc.
