As I can imagine you have gathered the issue is mismatched protocols. The content does not load because of an HTTPS protocol error naturally. You aren't able to access HTTP content from a HTTPS parent and vice versa so this results in the insecure frame issue. It looks like it's one of your SmartForms attached to a workflow task.
If I were you I would just go fiddle with that specific "frame" - might require it to just be edited, redeployed/checked in to refresh the protocols.

Thanks for your response. What I did is
1. Ran K2 Setup Manager again, and setup default URLs to start with https
2. Edited and re-deployed my form
It worked.
