Automation does not fix poor ownership, unclear exception handling, or broken workflows. It accelerates them and is an ongoing process of Continius Improve through managing process efficiciencies and identificying bottlenecks of allready automation automated processes. This article explains why process design should come first and which Nintex tool is the right fit for this.Automation is often framed as a shortcut to efficiency. But, in reality, it is a multiplier. If the underlying process is clear, well-owned, and governed properly, automation can improve throughput, consistency, and visibility. If the underlying process is confused, full of workarounds, and dependent on tacit knowledge, automation merely just hardens the problem. Why process quality matters firstMost organisations do not suffer from a lack of tools. They suffer from unclear process design. That usually appears in familiar ways:Handoffs that rely on email or memory Approval paths that are not consistently followed Exc
Currently, all the users in our company are able to see the processes in ProMapp, but we need to restrict the visibility depending on region. Based on the research that I've made, I've seen the processes can be accessed based on group, but we need to give visibility to users to multiple groups, so they can see some processes that are visible currently to the other region. Can we restrict users to see only specific processes based on region?
Hi everyone, We have a workflow that goes through a lot of approvals, and it takes quite a while to complete as it is complex. One of the members has left the organisation; hence, the workflow is failing, as the system is linked with Azure Active Directory. I have replaced that approver with another, but the existing workflows are still failing. I have looked at the delegation settings, but we can only choose “delegate to”; the “from” field is based on the logged-in user.Is there a way we can fix this?Thank you :)

I have published a new form in a list on SharePoint Online. The form is built with the new responsive design. When clicking on “Add new item”, the form opens correctly, can be filled in and submitted without any issues. But, once the form is saved, it’s impossible to open it anymore. When clicking on it, it tries to open but the content is never displayed. I tried to republish, same issue. It’s the first time I face this problem, all others forms are readable and editable after submission. Any clue on how to solve the issue?

Hi there, Is there the availability to restrict access to specific improvements portfolios? I know I can restrict overall improvements portfolio access but I don’t want to do this for every portfolio only select few.An alternative for this would be is for people to be able to restrict access while they are reporting. I am aware that when assigning the incident owner, the portfolio manager can restrict access, but we are running a risk of people being able to view this report before it has been assigned to an incident owner. Thanks
Is there any way to view instances run on a particular Sharepoint list item from within the list? Or is that no longer possible with this version? You used to be able to click on the ellipsis and view instances. Also, does anyone know what the “Table row ID” and “Table ID” refer to in the filters for the instances?I’m really struggling to find instances relating to particular list items despite having used the “log to instance details” action - I can’t find a way to search for what I’ve logged.Thanks.

How does people make change that required significant testing after a workflow had gone live?Do they make a copy and just switch over? I would hate to tell end users to update to a different URL.

Hi Team,I am working with Nintex Automation Cloud (NAC) forms and have created a custom plugin that fetches user/customer data from an API and displays it in a searchable dropdown. When a user selects a record from the dropdown, the plugin successfully returns the selected data in JSON format.Example output:[ { "CustomerName": "AGILE ARBOR PTY LTD", "CustomerNo": "1059530", "PhoneNo": "02 6334 2544", "Address": "344 LIMEKILNS ROAD" }]However, I am facing an issue while trying to use this output inside the form controls. My requirement: When a user selects a record from the plugin, I want to: Display the selected values in other form controls (e.g., Customer Name, Phone, Address) Save the JSON data into a SharePoint column
