Hello,I was asked by a user if a form can somehow be shortened to 1-2 pages when printing out...there are multiple breaks in the page but is there some work around that can trim the number of pages?I saw someone’s comment in the forum on using firefox, is this a good work around? Thanks!

I'm working on a workflow in Nintex Automation Cloud, and I’ve stored a list of users in a Nintex Table Data. I need to fetch users from this table based on certain conditions (like role or department) and assign a task dynamically to one or more of those users.I’d appreciate some guidance on the following: How can I query a Nintex Table Data from within the workflow to filter users (e.g., by role or department)? What is the best way to loop through the results or select a specific user from the filtered list? Once I have the user(s), how do I assign the task to them dynamically using a "Assign a task to user(s)" action? Are there best practices for working with Nintex Table Data in these scenarios?

Is there a method in Nintex Workflow Cloud to directly utilize a standalone form, designed within the 'pages' section of Nintex apps, as a task form in a workflow? I am looking to save time by reusing the existing form design, without the need to recreate the form or manually transfer its controls

I have a Workflow that has 15 paths that a Nintex form can travel down and an email is configured for each path and i want to see the configuration behind the link field to make sure all 15 paths have the same value.is there a way to display the field value behind the link.All i seem to be able to do is replace the link rather than view and edit the linked field

This will allow us to display the task link on a Power BI dashboard for tracking purposes. If a task remains incomplete, we can easily identify the specific person and resend the task link as a reminder to complete the assignment.I would appreciate any help to achieve this.Thank you very much!

Hi, For a SharePoint online list where the manual K2 workflows are visible on the dropdown to start manually  at the item level, it is some way to eliminate a workflow that doesn’t exist anymore on K2?Thank you!

Hello Nintex Community,I’m configuring a Salesforce integration in our K2 environment and running into three main issues: “URL No Longer Exists” when hitting the OAuth callback endpoint OR  error=redirect_uri_mismatch&error_description=redirect_uri%20must%20match%20configuration Authentication timeout during the OAuth handshake Invalid endpoint errors on REST operations in my workflows So far I’ve: Matched the callback URL exactly in both Salesforce and K2 Enabled TLS 1.2 on the K2 server Confirmed outbound internet access and correct Consumer Key/Secret What additional K2 settings (e.g. web.config, firewall rules) or troubleshooting steps should I try to resolve these errors? Any best practices for validating the callback and REST endpoints would be greatly appreciated.Thank you!

One of my customers is using a native application that runs on IE6. Since IE has been deprecated, my customer runs it with MS Edge Chromium under IE6 compatibility mode and can run it well as expected. Next, they want to use an RPA solution and one of the requirements is to interact with the application that runs under IE6 compatibility mode (the interaction is to do the web scraping).So, I tested it using Nintex RPA and found that the web scraping failed to detect the web page (no dotted rectangle appeared). I tested it with another page that is not related to IE6 compatibility mode and it works well (dotted rectangle appeared as described below).  Does anyone have an experience like this? Or could it be a limitation of features from Nintex RPA which could not support IE6 with compatibility mode? Need any input on this. 

We have an internal API that we use in our forms in Nintex Workflow, via a custom Xtension.  In the form, we create External Data variable and Data Lookup controls to allow the user to use the API. Users can type in an ID of a record into the form control and it does the lookup and returns a data set of results.  We are wanting it to handle the following scenarios: The Lookup is in progress The Lookup completed and returned no results The Lookup completed and has a partial data set of results (1 or more rows of results, but some of the columns are empty) The Lookup completed has a full data set of results.So far, we can only successfully implement #2 and #4.For #1, the problem is that we can’t get the rule to know the difference between “waiting for results” and “no results found.”For #3, the problem is that we can’t get the rule to know the difference between “some columns are empty” and “no results found.”I think the solution might involve something with using the Status Code returne

Hi have a Nintex workflow that features a ‘Call a web service’ step.. I’m trying to use the HTTP Patch request type to update an item via the API. I have tested through Postman and the Request Content of { “id”: “value”, “notification_email”: “value”} works successfully. When I run the workflow and log the output, I get a status of 200 (success), but the data is not updated. For context, I’m also using a HTTP Get against the same API earlier in the workflow, so Auth in the Request Headers isn’t the issue. Any ideas?

If you are running into an issue where your REST based SmartObjects are only returning the HTTP response code and no data, or the data is blank, there is a simple fix. This issue is related to having a strange character or . (Period) character in the Service Instance System Name. This causes the K2 REST Broker to be confused and have a tough time returning values, only returning empty values and the HTTP Response code.    Resolution:  Simply recreate the REST Service Broker not using a strange character. Also recreate your smartobjects and you should see the SmartObjects returning all the correct data.

Some existing workflows use the “Query User Profile” action to retrieve user information from the SharePoint User Profile.Is there a feature in K2 Five that provides similar functionality to the “Query User Profile” action in Nintex Workflow? Thanks,Rizki

We have a classic Nintex form in SharePoint 2016 on-premises with a label control that contains some static hyperlinks to documents related to the form which users may need to reference when filling out a new item form.  When creating a new form from the “+ new item” link at the top of the SharePoint list view, the form opens in a dialog and clicking on the hyperlinks in that control opens the documents in a new tab.  However, if the user opens the NewForm.aspx in its own tab so the form is not a floating dialog box, clicking on the same hyperlinks will not open the documents in a new tab and navigates them away from the form page, therefore any information the user entered in the form up to that point ends up being lost. Does anyone know if there is some way to configure the links/control settings so they will always open in a new tab regardless of the mode/method used to open the new item form in the user’s browser?This is an example of the HTML source from the text format of the lab
