Hi everyone, I’m currently working on a Nintex App where I have a large number of Connection Objects (tables/views), where most end-users are assigned to the Standard Site Permission Set. Currently, under Site Settings > Connection Access, I have to manually select every single object and configure the "Object Permissions" (Create, Read, Update, Delete) one by one. This is becoming very tedious as the project grows. If a new object is added, the developer has to manually remember to go back into the Site settings to enable it, or the App fails to pull data.My Question: Is there a way to "Enable All" by default or bypass this specific Site-level permission check?I am already managing my security and access control via App Permissions. I would prefer for the Site Connection to simply "trust" the App's permissions rather than requiring this secondary, granular configuration for every individual object.Has anyone found a workaround, a "Select All" toggle, or a way to set the permission

In the Process Capture documentation, it says the Promaster must enable the Process Capture add-on and then grant access to roles. I can see where to enable the Process Capture add-on under Admin > Process Capture (which I have done). How do we grant access to roles?
Hi,I have a ticket open for this and haven’t received a response for a while, in the meantime, has anyone else come across this issue when adding MSGraph as a Feature? I added description, have the correct email address, added the domain, then click Update and then this error pops up. Any ideas?Tried running the web browser as the K2 service account and also as Administrator, still get the error.Any suggestions appreciated. Thanks
It's a classic scenario. You're given a document and asked to pull various pieces of information out of it. Not so long ago you would have opened the document and if you were lucky opened an electronic form with the structured fields that you needed and copy/pasted the information from the document into the form. It was time consuming and very boring. How can we make this so much easier using Nintex? Let's break down this very common use case of receiving a document, extracting information automatically and where we can't extract, involving the human in the loop. The first thing to consider is how do we receive the document? We could provide a form for someone to upload but also people still love email so in this case, the workflow is started when an email is received and the subject line contains the word "contract". Then we need to go through all of the attachments in the email using the get attachment from email action and we use one of our AI actions to figure out if the atta
I’m currently facing an issue with the import functionality. I’m using the attached store procedure to import data from a comma-separated file. However, the import fails when the file contains fields that include commas within the data. For example, please refer to the Surname column in the People DOB file, which has values like “Bob,Maggio”. The presence of the comma within the quoted string seems to be causing the import to break, resulting in the following error: Error : “Conversion failed when converting date and/or time from character string.”It seems the import logic is not handling such cases when commas are part of the field values. Could any one assist me in resolving this issue or suggest the best way to handle such data during import?Thank you!
This has probably been asked and answered before, but is there not a way to bring repeating section data over from a start form into a task form, and then add a field for the task assignee to complete?I’m developing an order form on which the initial user can use a repeating section to order items of equipment. After an approval process, the data is sent (via a task form) to the person who will fulfill the order. I don’t need this person to be able to edit any of the data from the start form’s repeating section; I just need a way for them to indicate the status of each item in the repeating section. For some items, they will be able to indicate that the item has been fulfilled because they have it in stock and can send it right away; other items will have to be ordered and then fulfilled later.I can bring over the repeating section data to the task form, no problem. But what I’d like to do is have a field (Choice - Single) for each item in the repeating section where the task assignee

I have downloaded and installed the Material Design 3 custom controls from the Nintex gallery into our K2 5.9 test instance, and am seeing some issues with the rendering of controls.Firstly in View design, it does not seem to render icons at all - it just shows the name of the icon. This I can live with, although not ideal for authoring. Also row heights do not increase with the control heights, so it is not always possible to view the full control - especially with Cards. When you try to select the controls to edit the properties, you must click right at the top of the table cell, and only a slither seems to be selected, rather than the whole control itself - I assume this is what is preventing the row height from increasing.Probably most annoying is that not all icons are displaying correctly or anything like how they show in Google fonts - for instance the ‘person_book’ icon simply displays as a person icon next to a book icon. I assume I am missing a <link> somewhere? Adding
Hey Nintex Community!I've been playing around with the js-insert item in Nintex Forms, and, is it a game-changer. It's like a secret weapon for making forms do exactly what you want, far beyond the standard stuff.I've been using it for a few things and would love to hear what creative solutions you all have come up with. Here are a few of my go-to moves to kick things off: Character Counters: I've added a simple counter to a text box so people can see how many characters they've typed. It's super handy when there's a character limit. //Char count$("#yourTexBoxID").keyup(function() { var charCount = $(this).val().length; $("#YourTexCounterID").val(charCount);}); Color-Coded Countdowns: This is a step up from the counter. I've set it up so the text box not only counts down the remaining characters but also changes color as you get close to the limit. For example, it might turn green when you have more than 100 characters left and then switch to red when you're down to the last
Hello,I am reaching out to see if by any chance, it is possible to add a watermark to many existing documents in a sharepoint list (via NAC)?If possible, how can this be applied? Thanks!
Hi,I have a process that has a start form and several task forms routed to different teams to complete. The requirement is to be able to print out the filled out form from each team including the start form details. The idea that I had was to put all of the data from all the forms as read only into a final task form. This final task form will be assigned to everyone involved in the process but I will disable sending an email to this task. My plan was to autocomplete this task so that I can get the task form url to put into a SP list. This will allow all of the teams to view the completed form with all of the information to print. However, when using autocomplete via escalation or the Complete a Task action under the Nintex app, both will complete the task but when you open the form url, I just get a message saying the task is complete and I can’t see the form details. If this final task was instead completed by an individual then the complete forum url will render. Does anyone have an
HI, we are preparing to shift from Nintex on premise “classic” to K2 5. While preparing for this we noticed that sharepont multiline koloms filled by Nintex “classic” are displayed in k2 including html coding, see below. Does anybody have a solution for this?Is a conversion necessary? <p><span style="font-size:14.6667px;"><span style="line-height&#58;107%;font-family&#58;calibri, sans-serif;background-image&#58;initial;background-position&#58;initial;background-size&#58;initial;background-repeat&#58;initial;background-attachment&#58;initial;background-origin&#58;initial;background-clip&#58;initial;">GWHLP&#160;</span></span></p><p><span style="font-size&#58;14.6667px;"><span style="line-height&#58;107%;font-family&#58;calibri, sans-serif;">ASSISTERENDE VAARDIGHEDEN</span></span></p><p><span style="font-size&#58;14.6667px;">OSEG</span></p&
If I press the first letter of a member of a drop down list when it is closed, it will open and go to the first entry with that character at the start. However, if I press any characters while the list is open it will not select anything in the list. The users of the system are adamant that this used to work but now doesn’t.Is this due to a K2 update or a browser issue?
I need to create a wizard that opens a web app, logs on, clicks through some screens, and does a “Print, Save as .pdf”.I’m starting the Wizard with a “Run Program” advanced command, Program=Firefox, Command line=the application’s URL <= This works Firefox comes up, and I’m ready to log in.PROBLEM: I click “Append Recording”…. and nothing’s recorded. <= ERROR: Nintex Wizard Editor: Some of the recorded steps do not appear...since they used applications and/or websites that have not yet been defined.WEB PAGE:NINTEX ADMIN:I defined a new application (“OHM”), specified Application URL Contains “URL” and Window Caption Contains “OHM/Web Logon” and “Saved Changes”.I then went into “Wizard Catalog > Test Library > General > Supported Applications” and enabled “OK”, ensuring the my company was a “Linked Company”I’m successfully running other applications in the same library. As you can see from the screenshot, the Firefox window doesn’t happen to have a “Caption”Q: What do I n
Hi there, I want to retrieve multiple rows from the SPO list based on specific conditions and display them in a Nintex form. The goal is to allow end users to edit the row data directly in the Nintex form and then update the changes back to the SPO list. I have a few ideas, but I would like to know what the standard or best practices are. Use case: When the Nintex form loads, it should query the SPO list based on certain conditions, such as status being "In progress" or a specific date. I expect about 5 to 10 rows to match these criteria in SPO list, and users should be able to edit any of these rows and update them as needed.
I have a Nintex form with a People picker field linked to SharePoint column person field. If I display a form where the user has now left the County, the person data does not display on the Nintex form. The SharePoint list still shows the person in the People picker column. This seems like a new issue. I can look up the user in SharePoint users, they still have an email but not any active license. If SharePoint column is maintaining the name, how can I get it display on the from for historical purposes?
