Salesforce automation using Nintex

Hi Team,

We have a requirement to trigger Nintex from a Salesforce Flow in order to generate a document with merge fields, tables, and related data.

However, when creating the Flow in Salesforce (sandbox environment), we are unable to find any Nintex actions available.

Could you please confirm if there is any additional setup required on the admin or configuration side to enable Nintex actions in Flow within a sandbox? If so, could you guide us through the necessary steps?

Thank you.

Hi @faffonso,

Welcome to the community.
I am sorry, but I am not overly familiar with Salesforce Flow, though I do know it has an action called “HTTP Callout”.  You can use this action to call a Nintex Workflow Cloud “Component workflow”.

As an alternative, you can use Nintex Docgen to generate your documents right in Salesforce.
