Link to Create a Process

Sorry and can we also do the same for a link to a specific process group? We have a group for all of our policies and we would like a direct link to this in our sharepoint.

Hi thank you that has helped solve the issue of needing a link to go to a process group.

However, that does not assist with the “Create a process” link. We will essentially have a button like this 

Which we want to open Process Manager and start the create a process start that usually comes from this button 

So we would like it to open this screen for staff
 

Is this a possibility?

Also is it possible to have a minimode link or similar for a document group?

Direct link to "Create a Process"

Unfortunately this one isn't possible. There's no direct URL that opens the Create a Process screen from an external page like SharePoint, it's only accessible from within Process Manager's navigation. The best you could do is link users to your Process Manager site and point them in the right direction from there.

Minimode link for a document group

Good news on this one, it is possible! A Promaster would need to switch on the Enable sending document lists via minimode URL setting under Admin > Configure > Minimode configuration. Once that's on, they can generate a minimode link to a filtered document list and drop it straight into SharePoint as a button or quick link.
