Check logs for more information. The reason is that the Kryon Services, mostly the Aerobase Services, are not started yet. All services are configured to "Delayed Automatic start" so you need to wait 2-3 minutes after reboot before you can use any Client, including Admin.

 Knowledge shared by Oren The MSI files that are generated from the 19.5 RPA server installation process are not signed with Kryon Certificate .(why? Signing them during the installation will require embedding our certificate private key together with the installation kit…). That means that customers that has IT policy that prevents running non signed MSI files – will not be able to use these MSI as they are.Such customers will have several options:Sign these MSI files with customer certificate (this is not a SSL/TLS certificate type, it is a Code Sign certificate). Use the original EXE setup kits as usual, with the relevant CLI. Send Kryon the generated MSI files and we will sign them and return them

 Knowledge shared by Oren If you happen to experience the “Authentication Gateway service” failed to start, first you need to understand this is the nginx service.  To analyze the issue, simple run the nginx from Command window:C:KryonIDPAerobaseDataNginx ginx.exe  In the above example it seems that the port 80 is not available. The command line:Netstat -aonWill show you the immediate suspect.If it is process ID 4, that means the system process, which is more difficult to understand which “Windows feature” is to blame, usually it is the IIS.

 Knowledge shared by Oren If you encounter with an issue that the Authentication Service cannot start, one way to find the root cause is running it in “Console mode” so you will see the error of the root cause and get a hint what is wrong. I will use some screenshots from Clinton’s issue report (part of testing 19.5.1), but it is the same for any future issue with Authentication Service. (Comment: “Authentication Service” is not the Aerobase service. It was developed by Kryon). In the example below it helped us understand that a wrong version of .net core is installed. Run the command:Dotnet Kryon.Infra.Authentication.Server.dll >> error.log

 Knowledge shared by Oren You can to a case installation completed, but Aerobase service failed to start.to analyze – you need to get the Aerobase logs.Aerobase does NOT write to SEQ.It has its own textual files. They are located here:C:KryonIDPAerobaseLogsaerobase-serverlogs How to read them?I really don’t know ?It is an open source solution.What I am doing when I need to find a root cause in these logs is just using my common sense, opening the logs files, trying to look for some errors that will give me a hint.90% of the cases till today – some kind of “failed to connect to the DB”.In 19.5.1 we put a lot of effort to try and minimize the cases that the Aerobase’s DB connection “explodes” after the installation, and in v19.5.1 we “stop” it on the Installers UI phase.

Hello Everyone, Lyubomir from the Kryon Support Team here, we would like to point out that recently we have received multiple queries in regards with Seq and how there are memory usage spikes. Here is how we were able to remedy this issue: 1. C:Installation FolderSeqDataSeq.json you should find: { "cache": {   "systemRamTarget": 0.9 }, 2. Changing the 0.9 to lets say, 0.2 or 0.3 will cause Seq to start dropping cache as soon as overall utilization on the machine passes 20 or 30%. 3. The PD robot has configuration which you can adapt to the users' way of working - for users who travel a lot or for those who might work when they are offline, you can increase the number of actions it stores locally before sending it to the server or you can move the user's PD robot to a stand-alone mode

You can install more PD robots than your license allows you - for example if your license is for 10 PD robots, you can install it in all the departments users' machines and use the Discovery Robots tab in the Orchestrator to dynamically enable and disable the PD robots and decide which 10 PD robots you want to record at any given time
