How do we get all results to be stored in a variable so that we can later use that variable to send out an email to multiple email addresses? In a Site WF running dailyThere are multiple Sql Queries configured the same (just on different views in db) pulling back multiple email (contacts) Storing in a collection variable - in the WF History, we can see only one email address is being stored (there should be several) When testing the query in the wf, we get multiple results - SQL Query is a successwe want the collection variable to take each email address and separate it by a comma or a semicolon - for emailing purposes.
Hi there We followed this process to uninstall Nintex Live framework: Then we updated Nintex to latest version, and all of this came back. What is the process to prevent the Nintex Live framework components from coming back after each Nintex update? Thank you

My workflow is heavy with around 150 actions, I’m not sure on what could the reason why the import fails.can someone help me on this please? Thanks
We are using On-PremiseNintex workflow version: 5.2.6.0SharePoint: SharePoint Server 2019Nintex workflow progress was supposed to show completed actions in green color and on-going action in yellow color. We found that in case of workflow issue some of the workflows, workflow progress diagram is showing unactioned actions too in green color, so we lost the trust on workflow progress diagrams. Can someone help us with what could be the cause of this issue please? I have a currency field. A user entered commas to the currency field along with the amount for a new form, and I’m trying to make currency type field to show numbers separated by commas while editing. Eg. 123,000,000, but commas removed from the currency field in Edit mode (see picture below). How can I keep commas along with the amount for Edit mode? I’m appreciated for your help. Amount field with Currency format. User entered commas along with the amount for New Form But commas removed when viewed it in Edit mode
Hello!I’m struggling with grabbing a value from a repeating section (Nintex O365 forms / Responsive forms) and applying it to a text field.. When I input a date in the “from Date” field of the repeating section, I have a variable that outputs to a label below but I would like to apply that value in the label to a text field that is not in a repeating section to capture in case it is changed in the future. Is that possible? If so, how? Thanks
I have Nintex form with a Choice column that has multiple checkbox enabled where the user can make multiple selections: [] Repetitive [] Non-RepetitiveI want to have another field "WireType" require a value if 2 checkboxes above is selected values. I created a validation rule below but it doesn't work. What's the correct rule to apply? I'm appreciated for your help.WireType == "Repetitive" && WireType == "Non-Repetitive" &&isNullOrEmpty(Amount) I also tried this rule and it doesn’t work:contains (WireType, "Repetitive") && contains(WireType, "Non-Repetitive") && isNullOrEmpty({Self})
I have a “Today” column in Sharepoint that needs to be set at the current date, I understand the [Today] does not work in the calculated column formula. I have read that you can create a workflow that will set a “today” column to today’s date, will modify the workflow to repeat, pausing for 12 hours at a time, so that we always have “Today” as today’s actual date. I have tried to do that and it does not seem to be working correctly or at all. Not sure what I am doing wrong, is there any Nintex How-to’s I can follow to set this up to work? I need it to calculate and update 30-60-90 day before expiration for certifications. Side note, we had migrated our site from 2013 to 2019 and it seems to be stuck on the today date that it was moved. Not sure if that caused this to not work or if there is a glitch/change in 2019. It seemed to have worked before. All workflows have been republished.
I am using Nintex form in SharePoint 2016. I have a drop down field in the Nintex form that pulls out values from a look up list. For instance, there is a field called, “Vendor” in my main list and it pulls out Vendor Names from a list called, “Vendor.” The Vendor field in the Main list is a drop down (choice field). In the look up list there is a field called, “Obsolete”, which is a Yes/no field.I need to pull out values based on the following criteria,“Select all values where the Vendor list where Obsolete = No.”Do I need some kind of script for that? What are the options. Thanks in advance. Regards, Mayank Shyam
good afternoon, many of our tasks get stuck, the person approves but the task is not started / pending instead of being completed / approved. however inside the task the outcome is approved. because of this happening the workflow does not advance to the next branch. and we don't know when this happens, because the task is not in error, we only know when this happens when we enter the task.does anyone know how to solve this problem? any tips? thank you all
Hi everyone,I have added a "List Lookup" control to my Nintex Form and named it "list_lookup." I have also created a rule that always runs with some dummy logic (if "a" == "a") to add the selected value from "list_lookup" to "text_field1" in the form. Here is what I've observed in "text_field1":If I select option1, option1 is visible. If I select option1 and then option2, only option1 is visible. If I select option1, deselect it, and then select option2, only option1 is visible.I want all selected options to be visible in "text_field1." Can someone help me achieve this? Thanks!
We have users reporting that several Nintex workflows are no longer sending them email notifications they had been receiving last week. We've checked everything we can think of, and we hit a roadblock. The only thing we can't do is open the workflows to edit them. An employee recently left the company, and when trying to open a workflow to edit it, a message appears saying that the user can't be found. It's presenting as if only that user would be allowed to edit the workflows, and unfortunately that is no longer possible. Is there a built-in admin account that has access to all Nintex content regardless of who created it? Is there a setting to enable specified persons overall access? We need these workflows to function properly, or it could cause fiscal issues. We’re running it with SharePoint 2016. Thank you
I am using a Request Approval WF action to send an approval request to a coworker. I would also like to CC another employee in the same email and have them be able to only view the task form. I understand they will not be able to approve/deny the request, but I am wondering if it possible for them to be able to view the task form with everything disabled (as usual). After the CC'd employee gets the email, they try to click on the task link and are sent to this:Note: The main approver is able to see and approve the task, but the CC'd employee can't view it at the least.I know that the "You are not authorized to approve this item" verbiage is at the top of the task form when it is anyone but the approver viewing it, but it's showing up here before the CC'd employee even gets to it.Any input helps!Owen

Created a large main WF, which calls a UDA (image below) - which sets the ProxyAddresses attribute field in AD. Can I add to the configuration to this UDA? If not, do I need to create another UDA? We need to update the “MailNickname” attribute in AD .... (with the user's @CompanyName.com email address). Also, we have the TargetAddress config in the main wf... can this be removed and added to the UDA (inside 1 or in its own UDA)?

Nintex list, WorkflowTasks, has many old items. I need a script that will delete older items from this list and bypass the recycle bin. I have a script that performs this action on NintexWorkflowHistory list and can’t figure out how to modify it for WorkflowTasks. I’m hoping someone has already created a script specific to deleting select items from the WorkflowTasks list. The URL is https://MyDomain/sites/MySite/WorkflowTasksAfter items are deleted from the list, I need SQL to purge them from the database.SharePoint Server 2019 (hosted on prem)
I have multiple workflows that are erroring with “failed to start” or “failed to run”. I want to know how to write a SQL query to find all of them.
After running NWAdmin PurgeHistoryListData and NWAdmin PurgeWorkflowData, the WorkflowProgress table within the SQL database does not get cleaned up. Still old entries reside in the table. This causes the WorkflowProgress table to exceed the threshold of 50.000 datasets. I have even tried to clean up using the stored procedure "dbo.PurgeWorkflowData", but still no luck. Also using the GUI in the Central Administration did make any difference. May I delete these old / not needed entries within the WorkflowProgress table via a T-SQL DELETE statement or will this cause issues? Is there another way to clean up the DB tables? Thank's in advance, any help is highly appreciated 🙂 Used Commands: NWAdmin.exe –o PurgeHistoryListData -siteUrl https://some.site -lastActivityBefore 2022-01-01 -state Completed AND NWAdmin.exe -o PurgeWorkflowData -state All -url https://some.site -lastActivityBeforeUTC 2022-01-01 SQL:USE [My_Nintex_Database_Name_DB1]GODECLARE @return_value intEXEC @return_value = [
I’m using SharePoint 2016 and Nintex on Premises. I would like to force user to enter a different time from the default time value of 12 AM 00 Thanks in advance for all the feedback.
Users are reporting issues with Nintex forms rules all of a sudden.I have a simple form with a checkbox with a validation rule. The checkbox is connected to a SharePoint list field “DeductFromSalary” of the type YES/NO. The behavior with this rule is just weird. When I check the box… the validation message appears. That should NOT happen as the validation rule is set to display the message when the box is NOT checked. And once it’s displayed… it won’t go away anymore.I can check/uncheck as much as I want… the message stays there. When I remove the “not()” function from the condition, everything seems to be fine. The validation message is displayed when the checkbox is checked and disappears when the checkbox in unchecked. It seems like an issue with the NOT function that is used.We didn’t change anything on the environment. It’s a SharePoint 2019. No updates, no configuration changes, nothing. It has been working up until yesterday… and today it fails. I tried replicating this on a dif
I was wondering if there was a limit to how many workflows on SharePoint can be ran at one time. For instance, I have a workflow that runs on item creation in a SharePoint list. If another resource creates 2400 items in that list, that would mean I have around 2400 workflows running at one time. This appears to be an issue as I do run into many items in that list that show a workflow status of “In Progress” and are stuck with that status for an indefinite amount of time. Any assistance on how to navigate this issue would be greatly appreciated.
