Promapp widget - blanking out search information

Hi,

We have embedded promapp widget on our SharePoint, when we search using search bar widget it opens in new tab but didn’t show any results even though there are relevant processes for term we are searching. It does work if we search manually on new open search page of nintex promapp.

I have checked config, it does have search=True but still not working.
